If it didn't mean it was going to break everything in the game and mess with occults, I would get it right away. However, a month should be enough time to see everyone's reviews on it and see what breaks in the game. If it's in typical EA fashion it'll be incomplete and missing a lot and I'll be very disappointed. I would love to have possible resorts, skiing, snowboarding and hot springs etc. improved snow depth etc.
Playtesting - not just tabletop games and card games any more. Really that should have been playtested in Beta and not
Its more like "I don't know". I'll probably not get it straight away. Maybe wait for the most important mods to be updated because I'm not going to play without. I tried that a week, and I'm surprised I'm still sane (ish). Maybe check what major issues people have with it, and if I can avoid said issues. If its a livable world, I won't have my sims live there, but at least I'll have a town to place randoms so they don't take the lots I want.
I voted for "After I hear what it breaks in the game" but I will probably buy it pretty soon when it comes out - if it's confirmed that I like the pack. So far I'm looking forward to it.
I really can't answer this properly yet based on ONE released image. However, I chose this for now since most packs (IMO) haven't been worth full price release day so I'm going to assume that this isn't going to be any more or less amazing than anything out already. They can change my mind over the next few weeks though and if after the trailer, and livestream, I see enough that I like to make it worth full price to me, I'll be grabbing it on release day.
It'll depend on the new systems that apply to all worlds. If it has enough game changing features that can change my game at my liking, as a sandbox game should do, i may pre order it.
I haven't decided yet, but I'll probably wait for a sale as I did the mistake with Island Living buying it full price and this pack seems kinda similar concept.
I never buy right away and just get it on sale as I do not pay full price.

Well I also like giving it a hot minute to see what notable bugs and stuff might be happening but like many things, I won't take the plunge until there is a sale. It'll just be a difference on whether I get it immedately as soon as it's on sale or not. (Looking at you Eco Lifestyle...)
Maybe someday. It looks promising, but I am very much not into Sims 4 at the moment (too many bugs, plus I've been having too much fun with Sims 3 lately to even think about 4) and I am not interested enough in snowy activities to make plans to get it right now. Still, it's the first pack this year I wouldn't mind buying eventually.
If I get it I would wait for a sale, although I am very intrigued by the Asian inspired BB. But who knows? Maybe the trailer will spark something in my head. Christmas is coming!
As soon as possible if I feel it is worth it, based upon the trailor. I have bought all of the packs except the Star Wars one, it didn't really appeal to me. So far the idea of a snowy escape seems good. Hoping the little penguin from Sims 2 makes it back in this pack.
