I'm getting the feeling the reporters are not doing their due diligence this time around. Don't report a mod as 'broken' unless you've tested it as the only mod or bit of CC in your setup. Anything else in the way can cause unseen conflicts, and invalidates the data.

I am not having any issues with Custom careers. Are you sure they are broken?
Just because it's working in your game, doesn't mean it isn't broken. Many reports that @luthienrising uses are from the mod creators themselves, not random people on the internet. It doesn't have to cause an issue to be broken either. Unless you are neck-deep in the code, you may never know if it is broken or not. Unupdated mods have always been use at your own risk.

Sims4Studio is working on a batch fix for windows and doors/arches. They have run into a small snag with non-square/rectangular ones though and are asking for peoples examples of these items. See their forum at...
@DarkAudit The most common things that break in the custom careers are paid time off and aspects of promotions. I don't honestly know what was broken in them this time, but the info came from modders, not players, so I trusted it. If whatever's broken isn't affecting what you use in them, just keep a backup save from the Before Times. If @Neia comes back and says no, it's actually fine (for her mods), then I'll revise the not-actually-official p. 1 statement. @midnitetech hasn't actually said anything about her mods that I've seen. For now, though, I'll note that custom careers do seem to be at least partially working in-game.

@MizoreYukii When I clicked on the link I was taken to a google drive page with the name of the mod and a zip extractor which is why I unzipped it. I cannot get just the ts4script to show up so that I can download it.
@WildIrishBanshee Do I put both the .pyc files in my mods folder? Because I get one that says fix.freelancer.pyc and one that says Injector.pyc. The only place is says ts4script is in the title that takes you to the zip extractor. I apologize for continuing to ask but I have had my game crash and burn so many times since the Eco lifestyle patch that I'm afraid to put anything I don't understand in my mods.

Mine said it was those two also, but when downloaded was actually the one ts4script. You can't do anything with the .pyc, it needs to be combined in to the script file.
