Cars incoming? Hovercraft seen in new Journey to Batuu Trailer.

A second Journey to Batuu trailer dropped today (9/1), and at the 0:04 and 2:32 marks, you can spot a floating hovercraft/landspeeder (what is basically a car in Star Wars) in the background. I've included screenshots below, but go check out the trailer to see the hover animation. Of course, it could be a prop and/or limited functionality item. It could also be that cars are coming in a patch soon and that this hovercraft is a specific variation they included for the Star Wars pack. Either way, we should know soon. Thoughts?

Edit 2: #Disappoint. They are in fact just decorative. The props never seem to end with the Sims 4.

I'm also thinking it could work like the boat in briliton bay. Get in and hit a loading screen.
I'd rather it work like a car or the boats and bikes.

They're definitely working on cars because it's been requested for so long, but I don't think the appearance of land vehicles in a trailer means that they'll be arriving in the near future, because that already happened in 2018, and there's still radio silence after almost 2 years.

I expect this to be a deco car unusable nothing but more set dressing just a object to look at to pretend to be in a immersive world but no worries there is blue milk to keep people playing.
It's not even blue, actually, they didn't even bother to really color it blue
The landspeeders are in the Build/Buy catalog! Does anyone know if the 'environment' rating mean that they are only decoration and not vehicles?

The landspeeders are purely decorative and do nothing. That doesn't mean they can't be updated in a patch to actually work, of course.
It's actually so absurd to include a flying car that is not functional.
