Installing sims 4 - error message 327683:0

Hi!
I downloaded Sims 4 yesterday on my PC and it worked fine with disabled firewall and antivirus, then I changed my mind and uninstalled it (don't ask). Today I tried installing it again, firewall and antivirus still disabled, and I get the error message when Origin tries to download the EP's and SP's, the main game downloaded just fine.
What am I doing wrong?
Origin and my computer is up to date, and it worked yesterday, so why not today? I'm trying to figure out if I overlooked something but I just don't know. Does anyone have any advice?
