Store Content Issues

Hope this is in the right place. Had to reinstall my game and my purchased store content last week. Today, none of my store content is in game. I even tried downloading again and I get a msg telling me that my download failed because my software isn't up to date. That is wrong. My software is up to date and everything is fine. Is the store having issues? Thank you for helping me on this.

    You may want to try pulling out or renaming your TS3 user game folder (in Documents) and trying again on the clean, no-content game folder that will spawn to take its place on the next launch. If the original game folder had stayed in place during the reinstall, it may have become damaged. Your game saves and other forms of content will still be safe back in the pulled out folder while you try this but won't be available unless you copy them over later, if this is successful.
