I remembered it was Prom Day so I invited River over while Keanu did his homework.
The front porch must be too small to greet sims.

I saw that Peanut wasn't at home so I sent Shannon and Mikezumi downstairs to eat dinner.
I found Peanut at the Town Hall. He had already changed for his party but hadn't left for home yet. I had noticed that several sims were graduating earlier in the day.
I sent Shannon and Mikezumi to the party when I saw that Peanut had arrived home.
I sent Shannon to talk to Peanut while Mikezumi prepared a cheese plate.

When the boys started a game of catch, I sent Mikezumi fishing. She got her wish to catch every kind of fish (only 20 types of fish are needed for wish) with this Fairy Damsel.
Keanu reached level 4 in athletics and I could see he was holding his own for the most part, although he did get a few beanings
I went into map view and found River and invited him to join the family. His father, Pappy Phoenix (original name, I know ) arrived first.

I let Mikezumi play games for a couple of sim hours then sent her to the kitchen to prepare some mac and cheese.
Keanu did his homework when he got home from school. I got a Prom notice before he got home but I am not sure if I will send him or not. He rolled a wish to go but I know they are not fun for sims. I can see how they are good for story telling purposes but I don't do stories and only care about keeping my sims happy and he's already been to one.

Reynaldo and Luther were the first to arrive. I am thinking about TA'ing Reynaldo and Jeffrey because I really don't see a point to having them in town. They are still listed as homeless vagrants and serve no purpose other than to make my skin crawl.
I don't know why the kids choose to do their homework outside. Jeanna arrived while Reynaldo and Luther were doing their homework and joined them.
Jeanna arrived very lonely so I had Mikezumi spend some time with her. Jeffrey arrived and also did his homework outside.

Shannon got an invitation to Wilhemina Wolff's party. The whole family went. When I saw that Sunshine was still at their home I MC'ed her home.

I don't know how many sims live at the Wolff residence but there were lots of sims at the party.
Note to self: Do not buy VR goggles for house! I remember using them in my early simming days and that they are highly addictive to sims!

Not only was I not able to see what the kids needed, but the "do homework" interaction that comes with the Family Oriented trait was hit or miss so all Mikezumi could do was talk to Sunshine.

Since installing Supernatural I am not getting as many WA gems from board breaking. I noticed that the epic spawners in Sunset Valley were not producing as many pink diamonds or rainbow gems as normal and I was getting lots of SN gems from them.

The day before he had rolled a wish to plant stink juice. I let him do that before going home just to get it out of the way.
The family enjoyed Eggs Machiavellian for Sunday breakfast.
Mikezumi's waking wish was to play a game with Keanu so I let Shannon do the gardening on his own because there aren't many plants at the moment.
Keanu and Mikezumi are well matched athletically so it wasn't a brutal game
Shannon had a wish to find seeds and I saw one very close to the house.
I sent the family to the park. Mikezumi saw Violet Grimm and rolled a wish to give her a friendly introduction.
When Violet wandered off, Mikezumi joined her boys
Keanu introduced himself to Violet as well. More sims arrived and my game started lagging.
You can't see all the sims in this pic because the park is quite large but there were about 20 sims there.

When the boys started a game of catch, I sent Mikezumi fishing. She got her wish to catch every kind of fish (only 20 types of fish are needed for wish) with this Fairy Damsel.
Keanu reached level 4 in athletics and I could see he was holding his own for the most part, although he did get a few beanings
I went into map view and found River and invited him to join the family. His father, Pappy Phoenix (original name, I know
River arrived while Mikezumi was getting to know Pappy
I had Shannon join the conversation so he wouldn't bother Keanu and River
The boys ended up playing catch and poor River took a beating
Mikezumi pulled out her multitab when Shannon wandered off to the foosball table.
Pappy was going from window to window so I had Shannon ask him to join him.

River and Keanu got in each other's way on their way to dinner and Keanu had to call River to dinner again.

Shannon and Mikezumi had a little romantic fun after they finished the gardening
Although I got a popup that Mikezumi's work day had started, no toddlers arrived. There are 3 townie toddlers so I don't know what's up there. Mikezumi's waking wish was to meet someone new so I had her chat with the pudding newspaper boy. I figure in for a penny, in for a pound since she's already caring for pudding kids.
I sent Mikezumi to finish her painting because Shannon had started breaking space rocks and I didn't want her to disturb him.
Mikezumi roasted a turkey after she finished her painting.
Then she prepared some skill gain drinks. Although they are not big drinkers, skill gain drinks are very useful to have around.

He came home with a wish to visit the Theatre so I sent him on a tour. I didn't follow him because I knew after school kids would be arriving soon.
Luther Pok arrived first. He didn't come inside but started on his homework immediately so I didn't let Mikezumi bother him.
Reynaldo arrived next and also started on his homework. Dewayne was next and he went straight inside.
When Sunshine Grimm arrived I got a popup that he/she needs to learn discipline. I didn't get a chance to check if it was a boy or a girl
Mikezumi was already on her way to tell Dewayne to do his homework when Sunshine arrived so didn't even get a chance to introduce herself before it was time for the kids to go home.
When I checked on Dewayne I found that Jeffrey had joined him upstairs.
Mikezumi rolled a wish to eat at the Bistro. I had forgotten all about her van until she pulled it out!

Shannon did the gardening on his own because Mikezumi woke with a wish to prepare a meal using perfect ingredients and I wanted that out of the way in case a toddler did arrive.
Mikezumi prepared Eggs Machiavellian because they were down to one serve after eating them for breakfast.
Keanu's waking wish was to use the training dummy. That's two mornings in a row! He's not disciplined and I am surprised that he hasn't rolled a wish to master painting yet.

Luther was lonely when he arrived and went straight to Mikezumi for a talk. I discovered another of his traits!

I got a popup that Keanu had won the sparring match! I could see disbelief on Shannon's face
Mikezumi went out to chat with Jeanna when she finished her homework.
Reynaldo had been in the pool when Mikezumi called the kids for a snack of PB&J.
Sunshine Grimm went straight to the bathroom when she arrived. She was standing in front of the shower and I worried that she was about to set a trap because she is a "problem child". Mikezumi called her out and told her to do her homework.
Abel Crumplebottom arrived as Mikezumi was heading out to tell Jeffrey Beard to do his homework.
Shannon and Keanu chatted with a couple of the kids after they cleared their dishes. I thought they were playing catch but they must have wanted to meet new sims.
Although it took a while for the kids to poof away, Mikezumi's work day was over so the family sat down to eat
Abel is a good looking child! I didn't think he would be given his unfortunate toddler stage!

Keanu didn't have a waking wish so I sent him to finish his painting which was almost done hoping that would trigger a wish to master painting.

Shannon's waking wish was to prepare a meal. He's nearly level 7 now and hasn't burned any meals in a long time
Dante Morganthe gave Mikezumi and ice cream maker for looking after his child. I am not sure which child was his since he has several illegitimate kids around town

Shannon broke more space rocks. The family are very close to being worth §500,000 thanks to the money trees and from selling gems and they all have wishes locked in to be worth that much
I let Mikezumi play games for a couple of sim hours then sent her to the kitchen to prepare some mac and cheese.

Keanu came home with a wish to set a booby trap
I weakened and gave Shannon a ball. I won't give one to Mikezumi because she needs to be diligent when the kids are there.
Reynaldo and Luther were the first to arrive. I am thinking about TA'ing Reynaldo and Jeffrey because I really don't see a point to having them in town. They are still listed as homeless vagrants and serve no purpose other than to make my skin crawl.
I don't know why the kids choose to do their homework outside. Jeanna arrived while Reynaldo and Luther were doing their homework and joined them.
Jeanna arrived very lonely so I had Mikezumi spend some time with her. Jeffrey arrived and also did his homework outside.
I saw Luther in Shannon's queue for a chat. Reynaldo was heading to the pool.
Sunshine arrived late and went straight inside.
She was heading to the stereo and I had Mikezumi intercept her to tell her to do her homework.
Mikezumi served a snack to the kids who had finished their homework. Abel arrived while the kids were eating and sat right down to his homework.

I don't know how Sunshine did it but she got really close to the stereo, screamed and waved her arms, and it broke!
Mikezumi came inside to "Talk about problems" but she didn't get a chance because her work day was over. Although all the other kids poofed away, Sunshine didn't.
Shannon got an invitation to Wilhemina Wolff's party. The whole family went. When I saw that Sunshine was still at their home I MC'ed her home.
Mikezumi wanted to introduce herself to Wilhemina.
Dwayne Wolff was preparing hot dogs and Keanu found the VR goggles!
I don't know how many sims live at the Wolff residence but there were lots of sims at the party.
Note to self: Do not buy VR goggles for house!

Shannon is still working on his wish to break 250 more boards. It's going very slowly with space rocks but that's his choice and I am all about free will
When I checked on Mikezumi she was choosing a book to read.
Keanu went on a field trip to the Science Lab. Daydream Van Gould was chaperone. Sophie Van Gould is sitting beside her.

I sent Mikezumi out to collect the gems Shannon had generated and she stopped his board breaking for a flirt

Keanu came home with a wish to paint.

I'm not regretting giving Shannon a ball yet because he has only used it a few times. Mikezumi, on the other hand, would be playing catch constantly!
Alberto Hoppcraft arrived next. I changed his shoes when he got inside.
Sunshine Grimm headed straight for the bathroom when she arrived. I had Mikezumi intercept her because I know she is a problem child and had broken the stereo the last time she was there.

Shannon and Mikezumi had just finished woohooing when I saw kids starting to arrive. According to her work schedule she had the day off and none of the kids had the usual status reports when hovering my cursor over them.

Alberto arrived while Shannon was pinching Jeanna's cheek and joined the others at homework.
Abel chose to do his homework outside. Luther stumbled on his way up the stairs
Not only was I not able to see what the kids needed, but the "do homework" interaction that comes with the Family Oriented trait was hit or miss so all Mikezumi could do was talk to Sunshine.
Sunshine went straight to the bathroom after their talk

After Sunshine broke the tub, the option to "do homework" was back!

The option to "talk about problems" wasn't there so I did the only thing available to me and that was to put Sunshine in a timeout!
I felt very sorry for her but it had to be done!
It was now almost 8 and the kids were still there so Shannon fed them.
When 9pm had come and gone I had had enough and told the kids to go home. Mikezumi and Shannon barely had time to watch the stars before bed.

Keanu helped his parents do the gardening because he will be a YA soon and needs to start working on practical skills.
Mikezumi prepared some PB&J in readiness for Abel's stay.

Since installing Supernatural I am not getting as many WA gems from board breaking. I noticed that the epic spawners in Sunset Valley were not producing as many pink diamonds or rainbow gems as normal and I was getting lots of SN gems from them.

Back at home, Keanu and River were up to no good
I found Mikezumi reading in the library.
I interrupted her reading so she could give Abel a snack.

It didn't last long because Keanu wanted to complain about video games
Mikezumi got a text that Chauncey Grimm's party was about to begin. She didn't go until Abel left.
Mikezumi prepared sushi for the family while Abel ate his third and final meal for the day.

Mikezumi called River to dinner again before she left for the party.

A few more guests had arrived when I checked back on Shannon and Mikezumi.

Mikezumi managed to catch a few of Shannon's throws but it was still quite a brutal game
I left Keanu painting at home and sent Mikezumi and Shannon fishing so Shannon could get his waking wish.
Roy Maldano (teen), another of Mikezumi's toddler charges, arrived while they were fishing.
He joined them and I loved the way they both turned to look at him

Keanu asked Mikezumi for a game of catch and they headed to the car! Pappy and River Phoenix arrived just as they were leaving so I stopped them

Shannon and Mikezumi both had swim in their queues and I was a little confused when they ran for the road. The path to the water was down the road a little from the entrance to the beach.
I wish sims would change into their swimwear before they get into the water!
Keanu was relaxing on the beach but I had him join his boyfriend and family in the water.
I saw Shannon in Keanu's queue and was worried that a splash would end in a silly apology but Keanu laughed it off so all was well

I sent the family home and I saw Shannon talking to Keanu. Keanu immediately started working out so Shannon must have told him to improve his skills because Keanu wouldn't have chosen exercise on his own

I sent Keanu to the kitchen to prepare some grilled cheese.
Shannon didn't let Mikezumi get to Wilhemina
Keanu stopped cooking and I saw "be shooed to next room" in his queue. Apparently Wilhemina wanted a sponge bath in the kitchen sink!
Peanut Ivy stopped Mikezumi for a chat as she was heading to an upstairs bedroom. Shannon was already on his way

Faith MacDuff stopped Shannon for a dance. Mikezumi was in his queue for a smooch. When I realized she wasn't going to get it, I sent her inside.
