Get device 0 while trying to run TSM, but Sims 3 works fine...

Hi,
I picked up a GPD Win 2, which has integrated Intel HD Graphics 610. I can play Sims 3 on it just fine, but after installing The Sims Medieval via Origin, I get the "Device 0 can't start game" and an empty DeviceConfig.log file. Since Sims 3 can detect the card, is there some magic I can do to get TSM to see it?
