Black screen

I started up TSM today, only to find that the screen goes completely black. I can hear sounds. When I minimize the game and hover my mouse over the icon on the task bar, I can see the game screen. When maximized, its all black again.
I have repaired the game, but that didn't help at all. Does anyone know what is causing this, and what I can do? Searching AHQ didn't bring any results, unfortunately.
ETA: Nevermind. Since I couldn't access the options in game, I edited the options.ini file: fullscreen = 1 to fullscreen = 0
Just in case anyone else has this problem.
