i made a retail lot in newcrest but it jumps me back to the manage worlds screen when i visit.. im able to visit retail lots in magnolia world thingy, but there's also bugs (as seen in the screenshot) http://prntscr.com/l6qbtd
You have a bad mod. Remove your mod folder, restart the game and see if it goes away. If it goes away, then you’ll have to put your mods back in one by one until you find which one is causing this problem.

@alostteen Sorry for your trouble! It sounds very frustrating. I have had issues in Newcrest with not being able to hire a gardener, so I know it has that bug currently. Unfortunately I'm unable to load your screenshot, so I'm not sure I'm understanding your issue correctly, but I have experimented in my game by dropping in one of my retail stores and I can confirm I'm able to:
1. Enter the 'edit' mode in my retail lot
2. Visit/interact with the lot with a sim
Depending on the situation, these are things you may consider trying by way of troubleshooting issues.
BEFORE trying any of this, save/create a backup!
Before beginning troubleshooting, create a backup of your current game. Once you have it cleared up and have a clean game version, start backing up occasionally. If you have a backup you can roll back to a date/version without the issue and not completely lose your game. Go to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. Right click on the file "The Sims 4", copy it. This file is your backup of your game saves, etc. You should save a copy of this folder occasionally in case your game or computer crashes. Save it to an external drive. That way you could add this folder into a fresh install and recover your lost game should you need to.
Do you have Mods or CC that may be causing the issue? You can remove them and add them back one by one to see if one of them is causing it.
Troubleshooting Mods and CC
• Access the mods from the folder on your game/machine at: Go to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods
• Save a copy of the folder to your desktop before emptying the one in your game so you can re-add from the old folder.
I will qualify all of this with informing you that I'm not an EA help person or expert. This is my attempt to share some links and information as to issues that are my understand to be possible causes, and that have caused glitching in my personal experience... and things that can help fix/repair these.
@Chazzzy@SheriGR I'll do what you both said one by one.... As for the screenshot lemme just say that at the bottom right of the screen there's some glitchy blue squares and a little icon with a book on it next to which it says power points. I've never built and usedretail lots before...
@SheriGR I made the issue as my profile pic so u can see lol... Nothing in the pic is edited (except the red lines on the edges) as u can see its at the bottom right of da screen

Wow... that doesn't look good. I've never seen anything like that on my screen on the game. Yup, looks like something's bugging out. Keep us updated.
