Unable to run any sims game when offline through origin.

Hi,
need some advice and a solution please.
no matter which game. origin wont open when offline!
but works fine when online and games work fine online

When you are in online mode, click the origin label at the top left hand side of the screen and choose the option to “ go offline “. When you next want to play, you should be able to then play in offline mode.
