Couldn't save because a sim is aging up

I resetted every sim in the vicinity and my sims aren't having their birthdays yet. Anyone help! I don't want to lose all the game progress because some invisible sim is aging up!
I'm so done with this site!

Try going into CAS and back, and see if that helps.
Try having your sim bake a cake, add candles and then age up a random NPC that is in your neighbourhood. This has often helped the issue.
