How do you get the family portrait on the sims 4? The logo does bot pop on the main menu of sims 4 and I have the mobile game on my phone. Please help.

I'm having the same issue! Whenever I try to enter my phone number to sign up I get an error code.

Can you be more specific? Are you talking about changing your Avatar?
