How can I interpret the last exception file?

Hi :) I'm having issues with my mods or CC since the latest update, I've tried sorting them out and the game runs smoothly with every couple of mods in the mods folder, but when I put them all together again I get a few last exception errors. It's really difficult finding out exactly which mods are causing the trouble. So I wanted to find out if there is a way to "translate" the last exception files? I remember I did one time, copied the text into a "translator" of some sort, but can't find it when I try googling it.

The issue in the game is that every sim just stops doing what they are doing, they have actions but nothing happens. It can happen wherever whenever, no specific pattern. Movement is still there, for example if the game freezes while sims are talking, they just stand there looking at each other, but also move their bodies, smile etc. Time goes by as usual. I can't select anything, but the pointer moves. I can't window down the game, I have to restart the computer by manually shutting it off. When this occurs I don't get any errors. I usually get the errors right after the game starts. This started happening after the update. I've had the same mods and CC for some time without issues.

I can copy the latest last exception file here, in case anyone can help me figure out witch mod or cc is causing this. I really appreciate any help I can get! <3

    Hello
    The last exception error seems to be connected to the vet crafting table. Try selling it and buying a new one and see if that help. If you have cc/mods related to the vet career or pets , this could be causing issues.

    @rosemow Thanks :) I deleted the crafting table, and I don't have any mods or cc related to pets/vet career. I put all the cc and mods back. But the freeze thing still happens, now it happened during a birthday party, though it is not the same as I described. I can select things and give the sims actions, they just don't do them. They just stand around while time goes. I have tried resetting/debug them but still nothing, I can also close the game by saving and quitting as usual. I didn't get a last exception error message though.. I don't understand why it's happening. But I suppose I just have to be much more patient and test all the mods and cc one more time, more thorough.

    Try deleting the localthumcache.package file from your Sims 4 folder. Sometimes animations get stuck and deleting this file helps. The game will generate a new one.

    Hello
    Sometimes having a large amount of items in the sims inventories and household inventory can cause freezing /lagging issues. Try removing some of the items from the inventories and see if that helps.

    When the issues occur, pressing pause then waiting a few seconds, then going back to normal speed can help.

    Hi @Kolikokolitka. IlkaVelle's Perfectly Balanced Aspiration is mentioned in your last exceptions so you may want to try removing it from your Mods folder.

    Also, it looks like you are using your One Drive. This can also cause problems with script mods and cause duplicate files so you may want to un-sync your One Drive and The Sims 4. Here are instructions on how to do that:

    If you chose to unsync your One Drive, it could very well fix the last exception problem so, you can still use the Aspiration Mod by placing it in your regular Sims 4 Folder.

    Thank you @Bananas_45 I did remove Perfectly Balanced Aspiration out but Last exceptions was still popping up, so I put it back. I do have One Drive, I don't know why but after reinstalling the game The Sims 4 folder was automatically created in One Drive.
    I would like to keep my computer to safe new stuff in One Drive but it is safe to just... move The Sims 4 folder from OD to Documents? Will the game find it after moving?

    Yes, it is safe to remove your Sims 4 folder from One Drive and your game will function better if the Mods folder is only on your PC in the Sims 4 Documents folder. When it exists in both places it causes problems in the game.

    Wait...I think I misunderstood your question. You need to un-sync the One Drive from your Sims 4 folder or you will continue to have problems. The folder will continue to regenerate in both places when you restart your game unless you un-synch them.

    @Rosemow, can you explain this better? I think I'm just being more confusing.

    Wow, I had no idea. I payed for One Drive to have more space so I don't want it turn it off. Can I somehow forbid making a EA folder in OD? I still need OD for other things. :/

    The link I provided explains how to choose where you save your files. If you un-sync the documents folder your PC will become the default for saved files. But, you can still use the Save As function to save files to your One Drive.

    Ok, I did that though I would like to ban only Sims 4 folder from OD not all documets. I do have only 1 Electronic Arts folder (before in One Drive, now in PC). I removed the problematic file but I will try the game tomorrow.

    Hello @MirkaKaroliina
    The text is connected with the graphics settings in Game options.
    Try moving your “options” or “ options.ini” file from your Sims 4 folder to the desktop. Then start the game, and test to see if the issues remain. You will need to alter any settings that you have made in game options, as a new options file would have been created.
    Also make sure that your graphics drivers are uptodate.

    These are UI Exceptions and are likely coming from either UI Cheats or the Columns mods, all by weerbesu at MTS. They've been updated. I would start there.

    @fatkat101 I don't know how much of your problem this will solve but, part of your error is for a CC loveseat. You can probably fix that issue with Sims 4 Studio. You will need a membership to download the program but, it's free. Once you download and open the program at the top of the page there is an option for tools, click on that then go down to Batch Fixes; Objects; and Fix Objects for Cats & Dogs Patch

    edit: You might also be having issues with a hot tub. You may want to make sure any Mods or CC you have relating to hot tubs are up to date.
