    2016 lighting update not in game - due to glitch - being looked into

    Hello, can anyone who has EA access confirm if the lighting patch we got back in 2016 is in game? I got confirmation a month or so back saying it was but a few people are saying its not in game after playing EA access.

    Edit: Simguruduke confirmed on twitter its being looked in to.

      I have a few hours left :), what is the lighting patch? as i'm not very familiar with The Sims 4, as i played it briefly on my pc and doesnt work properly on it.

      There was a patch back last year just before dine out that changed the way lighting comes in through windows. Its hard for me to explain and i cant add a pic as im not on my pc. If you google sims 4 lighting update there are loads of pics. It looks like this free update isnt included for some reason despite it getting confirmed ages go by simguruduke on twitter.

      Yea its been confirmed its not actually in game despite it being confirmed to be included by Simguruduke twice on twitter. Im so disapointed i hope it gets patched back in.

      Already been confirmed its not there by a review and a few people who have the xbox version. Plus its not in any of the gameplay videos.
