Invisible Popcorn, Teapot Jump Bug and Disappearing Snow Globes...

These are the bugs/glitches I have experienced thus far in my game. My Mods are all updated and my custom content has been verified "Okay" by the TS4 Package Conflict Detector. So, now I'm wondering if anyone else is having these same issues?
Popcorn Machine: Sometimes the popcorn appears in the machine and the Sims's bowl and then at other times in is invisible.
Teapot Jump Bug. Whenever any of my Sims try to make tea, the minute they attempt to make any of the types, they jump away
from the counter w/out any tea. If any sims are sitting at the dining table, they also jump up from the table.
The tea mugs end up all over the floor -- but I never see the mugs actually in the Sim's hands.
Snow Globes: I directed my Sim to go pick up the Snow Globe that was in the box placed on the sidewalk of the street. Once she
arrived home, I tried to have her "Place In World" and when she brought the snow globe out of her inventory, it vanished.
The globe was an Uncommon Emily snow globe, so I was none too happy that it just disappeared into thin air.

With the teapot jump issue, move your whole mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and test to see if that helps the issues. If it does help, then put your mods/CC back into the newly generated mods folder in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing the game after each one to see which is the cause of the problem. Put one item or batch in , test the game , take it out. Then test another one, to find the cause of the issue.
If the issue remains, repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.
Try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then copy back the "options.ini" file and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated file/ folders with the old file/folders from the desktop sims 4 folder
With the snow globe, check to see if it is in the household inventory.
