I can never find words good enough to describe how happy I am to be part of this forum and to be able to enjoy the works of such a talented, amazing pile of creators. You guys never seize to amaze me with your builds and you teach and inspire me so much.
I have much to thank you all for, but most of all, THANK YOU ALL for sharing your work!
I was going through my Showcase thread and found an old build that I'm actually pretty happy with. I'm taking it ingame to mess with a bit, because I have some new ideas for it. But I wanted to share the old one here.
Welcome to University and the Green Dragon Sorority! Our house sleeps 6+ students, so sign up early, ladies.
We have great ammenities, Pool & Bar, Library & Study, Kitchen & Dining. Outside you find a Hot tub, a Bonfire and many quiet areas to sit and relax.
This Sorority is for the Sim who want the lururious University experience!
The Green Dragon Sorority has been Custard checked and approved, is CC Free and fully upgraded!
3BR, 5 BR - Beneath the glass roof, luxury awaits in this spacious oceanfront modern marvel. Basement has nectary, dance studio, bot building & secret magic room. Main floor hosts open kitchen/dining, 2 baths, sunken living room w/ mini music stage, indoor pool w/ sauna. Upstairs boasts master suite w/ his/her baths, ocean themed nursery, guest room w/ private bath, game room & gym. Outdoor kitchen, large deck w/ lounging, hot tub, docks, greenhouse. Private art studio
I shared a seaside cottage today named 'Pelican's Place'. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, 2 balconies, swimming pool and an outside barbecue area. Hope you guys like my build. All comments, downloads and recommendations are very much appreciated. Here are some pics:

This home has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, library, laundry area, garage, 3 balconies, swimming pool with outside shower and a barbecue area. I hope you guys like it.
