:D I have one more recolor to share besides this one and that will be it for my Jet Set Elders. :XD: I probably should have done some more recolors; I think I've waited a little too late now.

It looks overcast outside again today, makes me feel so sleepy! My husband has to work all weekend so I'll check in when I can. :D

Cloudy and rainy until at least Tuesday where I am ... yuck. I am ready for some hot, sunny days.

I just did the skin-colored gloves by sight. One looks too pink and the other looks like she has some sort of skin disease :).

I might pick up a couple more of these elder things later. I've really enjoyed everyone's recolors.

I bought the casino compilation this morning. Haven't used it yet, but I am excited to try it out.

Have a good weekend everyone if I don't see you around :).

I'm loving all these recolors for this set!

It makes me want to hold a contest for recolors of elder clothing. I'd need a couple more days of watching those sponsored videos to build up my prize pool first.

I would be right with you with a contest like that, maybe we can have it together?

I've got massive amounts of screnies of elders we can use for inspiration (8 generations full of them  )

I had lots and lot's of help on the forum I did the story. And it's only 8 gen, not 10 so it's not a full legacy length. You should check it out, could be the one for you (link in my sig).

And I never played past gen 2 before I started either...

Did you read the rules too? (link in first post) you don't have to write a story to play.

Right now I think it's time for a random participation lotto!

I'll be generating a page/post numbers and looking to give away a few under 100 simpoint items to those of you who have been active in the thread prior to this post.

Nice recolour of the dress @ Loppie1988 :) It is a nice shade of yellow, and the shoes go well with the dress.

Thanks for showing us the breakdown of the men's clothing from the Greenhouse Set. :) It has been good to see all the recolouring options for all the items in this set. I think that it is a good set, with a variety of items.

It's still looking good. You should enter our contest. Maybe do it in the jetset set?

Also, congrats on having a climber. I have a brother and a sister. Me and my brother were no problem, but my sister was part monkey. Kept climbing up on the kitchen table and then falling off again, and again and again. Mom ended up having to lay all chairs down on the floor away from the table - that worked till she figured out how to move the chair.... :(
I hope you have an easier time. Maybe you should get a play pen? I hear the one in Aurora Skies is good

:XD: This has been the longest day ever! My little one is so stubborn! I've had to sit on top of him all day. Every time I turn my back for a second he's up on the couch. I went to the bathroom; when I got back he was on the back of the sofa flipping the light switch off and on. :XD: I'm terrified he's going to fall and break his neck.

 Every time he gets on the couch and stands up I firmly tell him no sit down. He does it but he screams bloody murder and cries to break your heart. It's all kinds of exhausting. I can't get him to play with any of his toys. All day all he's wanted to do is get on the couch... It's 1 am now and he's not wanting to go to sleep. :x I don't think I'll be able to get on tomorrow untill late at night if it continues like this. I hope he grows out of this stage quick...

I hope that today is better for you @ bloodviolet . Perhaps your son will be so tired from his climbing that he may sleep a bit. Sending special thoughts to you! :)

Maybe you should just lay out as thick a layer of blankets as you can around the sofa and then let him fall - he'll learn pretty quick not to do it again once he get's hurt (not to badly hurt though). Sometimes learning by experience is the only way.

So, how do I re-size images BV? Your way doesn't seem to work for me.

It doesn't format when I type it like that. I'm just seeing the code again, instead of a nicely re-sized picture. (Testing with a random, non-sims picture.)
