New activities and interactions: snake charming, tomb explore, relics, new collectibles, new woohoo spots and new deaths.
New building tool: awning tool, like in TS2 instead separated toldos or wall decorations.
New skill: glassblowing to craft jewelry and permues if you have some flowers!
New occult: mummy in two forms: a more human like and a one with a lot of bandages.
Returning NPC: King Raymundo Rodiekhkare from TS3 Adventurers.
New livestock: Ostrich. A giant chicken to have giant eggs, feathers and "trade" for meat (new dishes included). Including it's own shed. Interactions can include riding the ostrich for toddlers and childrens.
World: Alexandria can be a nice inspiration for this pack world instead Guiza or Cairo, and unlike Selvadorada or Granite Falls, this world will have three neighborhoods: two vacationals and one residential.
I've spent time in Egypt and I would suggest these things listed and if they actually did this along with the items Mak27 stated especially the bringing back of the Mummy and its curse as well (He could get other powers too hint hint). I feel this list along again with some things other have asked for is a great balance between the adventuring and tomb exploring and just normal tourist activities. If they do these things they could just shut up and take my money.
Game Play & Features
Archeology (More) They could call it Egyptology it'd be basically the same thing. I also think Archeologists need to have a few things in their inventory. One is a water canteen, and another is a trowel, Binoculars, metal detector, oh and lest I forget food of some description.
The adventure zones just like in World Adventures but a few new but cliche ones
Archeologist Base Camp I'd Like this as a Lot that you can stay in the tents and work on examining artifacts and talking to other would be Egyptologists as an alternative place to stay from the gorgeous Old Cataract Hotel. They could have another version of the artifact table for this pack at the base camp.
Brass and Copperware - The picture is from the Khan El - Khalili the grand Souq in Cairo. It would be a great way to give us new designs for incense burners, lanterns and tea trays.
I really love not only the metal work tray but those glasses especially the blue and gold are fantastic
Camels - And able to be ridden
Carpet Weaving - they have schools there where people are trained from a young age to make carpets. I visited one in saqqara https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FegPhUtKmlM Egyptian Shirvan Rug
The Cataract Hotel - Agatha Christie Wrote Death on the Nile there.
This Implies we get actual FULL SERVICE HOTELS
Room Service
Maid Service
Locking Doors
Hotel Restaurant
Unlockable New Spa Decor IF You have the Spa Pack
As with many former holdings of the British Empire at 4 O'Clack everything stops for Tea. Tea Time at the Cataract
Egyptian Asps - The area needs new animals besides the camel
The Egyptian Museum - Was such a wonderful place that it simply would need to be in this but museums really need a small update. A New NPC!
New NPC - The Curator - To ask questions, handle donations, or give tours
Essential oil perfumes - Egypt is well known for them. The aromas are lovely. I brought some home with us. The bottles are beautiful as well
Perfume Shop in Egypt
The Antique Lamp and the Genie - Probably the most appropriate place to introduce this back in
Juicing and fruit blends - Juicing is huge in Egypt because they are a largely Muslim society. Mango and Orange are the two most popular. I know there is one in Eco Lifestyle but why not in here as well to go along with the new fruit? How about an Update with both juice offerings AND make smaller counter top unit this time one this time. This would accommodate the folks who didn't like the oversized one
The Khan El Khalili - The famous souq in Cairo. Founded in 969 CE. If we are to be able to buy souvenirs this would be the best place. Leave room for a Coffee House, Egypt is thick with them.
Spices at a Spice Market in the Khan
An excellent place to stop at a coffee house of purchase souvenirs Which should be a part of the travel experience
Pigeon coops - They are a major delicacy in major food cultures. The ones brought the Americas were for food. Cairo has tons of coops on top of building all over the city.
Whirling Dervishes and the Belly Dancing - Saw both on a Nile cruise. The belly dance would a be an excellent new dance. Also in the Dervish video you will see someone playing the violin. Perhaps this could give us a bit more music to be able to play upon that instrument. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDqD8KpQr8A https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILGWioStFig
Feluccas and sailing down the Nile - This should be a new zone to do boating and of course fishing. I cant tell you how relaxing on a felucca is.
CAS & CAP
Beautiful Caftans and Abayas
Cat Jewelry
Henna designs for the hands and Feet traditional for rural weddings. Henna is common in Asia, the Middle Easter and Northern Africa
Kohl Sticks (Merwad) for the eyes
Pashmina shawls - they really are gorgeous I brought back several from Egypt when we shopped in the Khan. The silk ones tend to be the most beautiful.
Build/Buy
Binoculars
Magic Flying Carpets
Metal Detector
Water Canteen
The Places to Visit - Tourist and Adventure Places. Would be a nice mix to see tourists up to a certain point and then the Adventurers and Archeologists could find a "hidden" door and then off we go to an adventure.
Alexandria
The Greek/Roman/Egyptian Catacombs - Kom El Shoukafa (Mound of Shards)
The Library of Alexandria - It no longer exists but we can imagine that it has survived comparable to other historical site for the purpose of the game.
The Lighthouse of Alexandria - I think imagining it as an existing ruin or a complete structure might be cool. It no longer exists in reality however.
The Qaitbay Fort - What's there now. They speculate that some of the stone used in creating this had been apart of the lighthouse
The Roman Amphitheater & Baths
Aswan - - The Aswan High Dam, Philae Temple, Abu Simbel, Kom Ombo, The Unfinished Obelisk
The Aswan High Dam and Lake Nassar
Abu Simbel - The Small Temple, dedicated to his chief wife Queen Nefertari
Abu Simbel - The Great Temple, dedicated to Rameses II himself
Abu Simbel - The whole temple complex along Lake Nassar
The Temple of Kom Ombo
The Crocodile Mummies of Kom Ombo
Philae Temple
The Unfinished Obelisk
The Giza Plateau
The Sphinx
Khufu's Solar Boat
Luxor - The Temples of Karnak, Luxor and the Colossi of Memnon at the ruined Mortuary of Amenhotep
The Colossi of Memnon
The Temple of Luxor
Avenue of the Sphinxes
The Temple of Karnak
Saqqara - These were actually the first versions of the Pyramids. The Step Pyramids of Djoser in Saqqara
The Valley of the King & Queens
Deir el Bahari - The Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut
The Valley of the Kings
Tomb of Set I
Tomb of King Tut
Here is a list of Food from Egypt the I'd love to have
Baba Ganoush - We might have it already I can't remember
Basbousa - It's a dessert
Falafel in Pita
Ful Medammes (Breakfast)
Hamam Mahshi which is pigeon They have pigeon pens on tops of the buildings all over Cairo
Hawawshi
Hibiscus Tea
Kofta
Koshari
Om Ali - Also a dessert
Sayadiyah Fish
Shakshuka
Shawarma (I think we already have it though but you should be able to nicely add it there)
New Harvestables
Chickpeas
Cotton
Dates
Fava Beans
Grapefruit
Hibiscus - Hot Tea, Iced Tea and Ice Pops are all very popular uses for Hibiscus
Juniper - culinary and harvested for Juniper oil used in essential oils
Lentils
Limes
Mango
Myrrh Bush for Myrrh Oil used in essential oil
Oranges - For the fruit and for Orange Blossom which is commonly used in perfume making
Saffron
New Pet & Animals
Mummy Cat - Pet
Wild Animals
Camel
Egypt Asp
Fennec Fox

I would love any world set in Egypt and an entire EP to go with it. For me these things would matter:
* A new world, about the size of Windenburg, with both town, beach and countryside inspired by towns and landscape of Egypt, including swimmable waters.
* HOTELS including the option of working in one (a new career as a guide (branch one) or hotel manager (branch two) or running one as a business. With DU installed this would include courses to fit the new careers.
* A new Archaeologist/Historian career (one career, two branches - you are either on the ground digging up things, or working as a historian in a museum). A new archaeologist education to add to the new career branch (historian takes the history major).
* At least one of the careers active (the others with work from home options).
* New aspirations - one for location, one for owning/running a hotel, one each for the new careers, one or two for travelling in general (luxury traveller, explorer who wants to se lots of things).
* New wildlife
* Beautiful bb, decor and fashion tied to this world
* New types of food
* Belly dancing.
* Pool bar
* Gameplay tied to Egypt or to vacationing in general.
* Many new carpets, and the ability to use them for sitting, eating and such (add a picknick blanket as well).
* Local wedding traditions (for those who have the wedding pack)
* Local holiday traditions (for those who have seasons)
* Hammam (for those who have spa day, or as a part of this pack but works well with spa day)
Moreover, I advise that the cart button must be destroyed!

This would be a great way to bring hotels/resorts into the game.

I thought so too! Although to be fair, I'd be happy with basically any world that introduced hotels and resort, but I like the idea that it would be placed in a region of the world we haven't seen before.

We actually have seen it before in Sims 3, but not yet in Sims 4. Personally I loved Egypt in Sims 3 because it was 1 part adventure and 1 part kinda historical and site seeing.
