I'd like a fortune teller NPC. Also a match-making interaction would be good, like if a sim complains about love life another sim could propose a blind date with a friend of theirs.

If they bring back police I hope that for those of us that have ‘Get to Work’ that they use some of our own police officers when we are playing rotationally and aren’t playing them. And I hope if sims burglarize our sims that work in the police department that we can arrest and cuff them ourselves!

I believe there is an art critic and food critic too. We also have school mascots wandering around I believe too. And in City living we have musicians and Buskers. And in get famous we have a NPC celebrities.

I don’t think I have ever seen the Eco inspector or Civic Inspector. And, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen a Librarian.
