Help me! It is emergency its an broken gallery

Help me! I think i have a modding problem in sims 4 i have installed mods in the past but now i have a gallery problem. when i go in to the gallery sims 4 i see all gallery content is red x and when i press them a popup appears (this content cant be found) i cant search for things in gallery. I cant download things in the gallery either or view my shared content that i created all is red x.
Can somebody help me with fixing gallery content i cant seem to fix it it maybe is an modding problem. But if its an modding issue that is weird because i have deleted my mods even reinstalled origin and Sims 4 i even tried to update over 2 new versions and it still wont fix. Maybe it is that you must delete your save files you modded or maybe worse is my origin account forever breaked when its about sims 4 and that sims 4 will have red x gallery content prblem forever i hope not we must find a solution to the problem.

Have you tried moving your Mods folder to your desktop, deleting your localthumbcache.package file, and everything inside your cache folder? Does your gallery work then? If it does you can start checking your Mods bit by bit to see if you can find the culprit. Do not save your game while doing this or any Sims wearing CC will be affected. I doubt that the problem is CC-related, so I recommend looking at your Mods first.

Make sure all of your Mods are up to date. Here is a list for Mods broken and updated since the last patch that may be helpful:

I have tested long time ago first deleting all mods after that deleting electronic arts folder after that i uninstalled sims 4 after that i uninstalled origin after that i installed both origin and sims 4 and started sims 4 and nothing happened. ive done all this in right order over 5 times Usually im a modding expert. but it seems sims 4 is impossible to fix issues with mods and my last key to issue fixing is factory reset on my computer. I dont know it must be a bug

I don't know if it's true but someone once said this is a virus protection or firewall issue? Maybe try turning it off?

From what I know, the device you're on might be trying to protect you from "corrupt content."

I dont have norton i have Avast Antivirus and Malwarebytes Anti malware and what is corrupt content can you explain for me.

Did you try turning your malware and avast off?

I will test that soon. If you are wondering why i have double security programs is because malwarebytes anti malware + Avast is compatible with each other i think anti malware and Antivirus is compatible with each other if you have only one of each type. I have had malwarebytes and avast for long time and my computer is still super fast and have never crashed.

Here is a new picture of it being fixed. I have fixed it maybe was caused by my antivirus and anti malware. But when i factory resetted my computer the my anti malware and antivirus didnt cause any trouble so i dont know maybe its my security programs maybe its something else.
