None of my mods are showing in CAS

Hi there,
I noticed something weird after reinstalling TS4 a few days ago after a long hiatus. I re-added all of the mods I had saved in a folder on my laptop (mainly CAS hair and makeup), and upon startup of the game, it says they're in the right place and should be in the game as a result. I made sure to check that they were enabled in settings right away. However, I still can't seem to find any of them at all when I'm in CAS. Could someone please give me some advice on how I can get them working?
