I would more transportation options. Cars, school bus, bikes for kids and toddlers, boats that fit more than one person, and motorcycles.
Wouldn't it be incredible if we could have the toddlers on little tricycles??? and teens on skateboards?? I def miss the school bus showing up...I hate my sims just disappearing into the abyss... ALSO, the two people boat seater is BRILLIANT!! Why have I never thought of that?!? THIS IS A MUST!!! )
Sims actually facing each other and responding to each other's moves while dancing together (like the "club dancing" in Sims 3) and some kind of couples' dance like slow dancing or similar.
I want a justice system where we can sue people (like sims 3), prosecute, jury and crimes like theft, arson, messing up someone's home etc ...
I think it would be fun for me to be a cop or one of those roles or even as a perp.
We can sue people in sims 3? 😲 i'm playing it again for the latest weeks. Do you remember how? @Khrisstyne
Only when people start spreading rumors about you and you become publicly humiliated, you can sue for slander. Click on the city hall building and an option will pop up.
Traveling to buy items (grocery, book store, clothing boutique)
Shops why they can’t add the function to some of the shells even as a rabbit hole or create stalls in some buildings like casters alley in realm of magic. I like the set up of casters alley but sadly it’s only tied to the magical realm if they applied a similar thing to other worlds to buy stuff I would like that. It would add more realism to the game.
Meh, I'd want cars only if we have an actual open world because otherwise, it's just a slightly different way of getting around and it won't change the gameplay all that much. Either that or it would be incredibly self-contained within a more open world with streets which also isn't that gameplay changing. If we were to see a gameplay change that would accommodate cars on a bigger scale than a self-contained world, that means the game would have to be overhauled and it's too much work to see the benefits of the pay-off. The reasons cars worked so well in Sims 3 was because it was built to accommodate its open nature and it meshed very well, and I don't see it working well in the Sims 4 when everything outside your lot is essentially a rabbithole anyway.
NPCs though, that would be fun. Integrate your Get to Work Detective into busting burglars and heck yes I would dig it.

I like that they traveled to the market. However, I loved the Sims 2 PC Castaway game! It had the option of a fun interactive challenge or free play. I recommended bringing that back and allowing us to CAS that gets stuck on the island. 🌴🐒🐺🐟
It's not really an object or activity, but body hair. I mean...lawd.
Yeah, I used a mod for that in Sims4, was astonished it came standard in Sims3, along with bunk beds and loft beds (that work), cars and most importantly motorcycles (well, a chopper but who needs less of a bike?), being able to do things together instead of in parallel, like dancing and jamming, forming a band, relaxing in bed together, taking babies and toddlers out in a stroller, etc.

Let's make Liberty and Justice For All a reality.
I mean, cars are big deal for so many people on the planet, its a necessity for so many outside of big cities and it would be very interesting with the polution system of Eco Lifestyle. Also, we need very expensive things to buy and realism in this game, and stuff to filled our realistic homes so... this is the answer!
1. Burglars, Security System, Police, and Police Car - to apprehend the robber, and the chance to let them go, the fight between the cop and the robber
2. Larger Wild animals - Wolves, Deer, Raccoons, Skunks - with their own unique movements, abilities, sounds, and interactions
3. Spiral Stairs - Stone, Wrought Iron, Wooden, Metal and glass
4. I hate to admit this but…. Workplace rabbit holes are far better than Sims just disappearing when they go to work or school. But only for workplace type things
5. Grocery stores, Candy Stores, Ice Cream Parlors, Garden Centers, and Bakeries. With the proper Lot Type, Appropriate Lot Trait, and build/buy items that would make them special and unique, NPC workers and the ability to own it
6. Vehicles for Service Staff and others - Police Cars, Fire Trucks, Handyman Truck, Gardener's Truck, Pest Control Van, The Maid's Van, Catering Van, School Bus, Car Pool
7. Sculpting, Sketching, Sewing, Pottery, Jewel crafting & The Build and Buy Items to do the crafts with even sell the created items and the Sims version of Etsy from the Nifty Knitting pack
8. Nectar making - Vats, The Racks for bottles, the machinery, Vintages, Wine cave build pieces, Varietals for grapes , The beautiful area for the wine to come from. The ability to sell to the Bars, Restaurants, Grocery stores and online
9. Log Rolling, Axe throwing, the Archery targets, Sleeping Bag, Hammock, The Big Ol' Glory Tree Ring, Flapjacks and Fried Frog Legs - This honestly could be a kit so we can add it to the Outdoor Retreat campgrounds and make it even more enjoyable. Shoot throw in Maple trees and the ability to tap them for sap and that will improve this pack immensely
10. Waffles, Crepes, Granny Raymond's Holiday Cookies, Goopy Carbonara, Shawarma, Falafel, Key Lime Pie
11. The Driving range
12. Souvenir Purchasing, Purchasing Jewelry etc. from Vacations
13. Full Service Hotels like in Sims 2, Maid service, Concierge, Room Service - Hotel Doors that lock, The ability to have a spa attached
14. Honeymoons and Spring break
15. Unique NPC's - Mrs Crumplebottom, The Unsavory Charlatan, The Organ Grinder, The Psychiatrist
16. Memories
17. Mahjong, The Zen Garden, Tea Ceremony Table, The Sushi Bar, Tai-Chi, Martial Arts & Its Equipment
18. Pool Bar
19. Pool Table, Sims 2 version of the Poker Table, Slot Machines, Roulette, Casino Lots
20. NPC Bouncers 21. The Chicken Coop & The Butterchurn

It's from Sim2 Bon Voyage in the Three Lakes area. It's a cute thing where the Sim has to stay balanced upon a log that is held over water and is wet. Pretty cute animations. Would be so cute I suggested it as well to beef up Granite Falls

This seems kinda weird but I miss having to look through the newspaper for job options or having to go to the specific building a job would be in order to get a job there. Now you just pull up the menu on your phone and it's kind of boring. I also miss having the teenagers feel like actual teenagers instead of just slightly shorter adults.
Although, I think the biggest thing that I miss is large neighborhoods that you can fully interact with. I hate that you're really locked into just one lot with TS4.

@Gingasnap27 log rolling was an outdoor activity featured in The Sims 2 - Bon Voyage, specifically in the Three Lakes vacation destination.

There's a lot of items from that EP missing like the axe throwing, the zen garden and the Tai Chi
