Most of the premium stuff listed in the Sims 3 Store have been included in Sims 4 DLC. Such as:

Popcorn maker (movie night stuff)
Tea time (patio stuff drink set)
Bakers set (get to work)
Wood-fired oven (jungle adventure)
Public showers (discover university)
Chocolate fountain (vintage party stuff)
Ice cream machine (cool kitchen stuff)
Voodoo Doll (?)
Cauldron (ROM)
Magic book (ROM)
Bakery shelf (get to work)
Door of life and death (book of life and death)
Savvy seller (get to work register)
Outdoor shower (island living)
Sauna (spa day)
Massage table (spa day)
Super sleeper (get famous)
Windchimes (backyard/patio?)
Barrier to entry system (get famous doorway)
Violin (?)
Rock climbing wall (fitness stuff)
Cow plant (?)
Auto pet food dish (cats n dogs)
Movie screen (movie night stuff)
Basketball hoop (city living)
Wishing well (romantic garden)
Tablet (?)

There's a lot of stuff on the store about farming, cars/vehicles, and babies. Excluding that stuff, the remaining premium content is:

Gondola
Canning station
Carousel
Whack a mole
Water wheel
Industrial Oven (actually in done out)
Teppanyaki grill
Deep fryer
Dragons
Crystal ball
Fountain of youth
Sani-toilet
Massage chair
Glass blowing & jewellery making
Roller coaster
Surfboard
Archery
Ballet bar
Poker table
Gumball machine
Pinball
Roulette table
Skeeball
Blackjack
Slot machine
Hypnotiser
Tree of prosperity

Definitely, there's a lot of casino and arcade stuff. But also teppanyaki - Japanese world? Hypnotiser & crystal ball would be in line with Happy Haunts stuff.

Even if not for EP10, I think we'll get this stuff eventually.

    - Glass blowing & jewellery making

Loved this one in sims 3, i made a house with more than 100 vitral windows, all them fabricated with this making, one by one. But the eco living fabricator is a little bit similar.

I think when we voted on the Arts & Crafts stuff pack, glass blowing came second to knitting.

Deep fryer, teppanyaki station & canning station please! My second vote after a Romance pack goes to a cooking show.

Could this be why the stained glass windows and doors stopped working with the latest patch?

There's a base game card table, not quite the same a poker table but that might be counted? Again, not a proper pinball but there's those giant arcade machines too in TS4, not sure if they were base game or out of a pack anymore.

Also the fountain in Romantic garden could also be a "fountain of youth", you can wish for youth on it (among other things).

@KathMHughes would the sims 4 money tree be the same as sims3 tree of prosperity?

The Sims 3 Store had both a fountain of youth and a wishing well. I already counted the wishing well in the first list.

I've never played with Sims 4 money tree! I remember one in the Sims 2 though

    ? = TS4 basegame.

    @Starfree

The sims 3 has its own money tree.
The Tree of Prosperity is similar to the Tree of Emotions in Jungle Adventures, however fruit of the prosperity tree boosts skills instead of emotions.

All the farming game play objects from the store would need a place in TS4 too:
    • Milking cows.
    • Chicken coop.
    • Harvesting Tractor.

I would be very happy with the carousel, roller coaster, whack-a-mole, ballet and all the casino stuff. Not very into glass blowing.

I would also love surfing in Sims 4, but if it was real surfing and not the artificial waves we got in Sims 3 store.

Also, the monte vista oven where we could make pizza and lasagna, that would be great. Not sure that's what you were referring to when you mentioned the woodfire oven, cause we didn't get pizza or any of that in JA.

Very true, and the baby stuff! But we know that's not coming for EP10 so I was trying to figure out what gameplay objects might come in November :)

Thanks! I didn't read the description in detail on that one.

Indeed, I didn’t catch that last bit re: EP 10!

@CAPTAIN_NXR7 thank you for the reply; I haven't gotten too far in to sim 3 yet so that was helpful 🙂.

Well spotted, they do seem to be remaking what they had made in Sims 3. I would love to see them bring back all 3 farm packs, the boardwalk, carousel, ballet etc
    I loved roaring heights!

I love the water wheel set stuff and circus set stuff a lot, I use them often no matter what kind of game I am playing.

There was also the Once Upon a Time/Storybrook and Wonderland sets, as well as things like Renaissance and Dreams of India, etc. that could do so much to give atmosphere and mood to a game that we just don't get with the ultramodern stuff we have so much of in the Sims 4.

Some variety and whimsy would be really nice, we've waited quite a while now.

Yup, the spa massage stuff is counted. Plus the Sims 3 had a giant black robotic recliner-style massage chair.

I’ll take it all, I also want volleyball back

I hope we get all of it eventually. There is so much on the TS3 store that could make up an entire game pack or expansion when combined and expanded a little. There is enough to do a theme park game pack or expansion. They could also do a Vegas theme pack with all of the gambling items. I want a farming pack that brings back the canning station and glass blowing/jewelry station because I want my sims to be able to attend craft fairs or a country store and farmers market to sell the things they make and harvest. It would work so well with items we got in Eco Lifestyle and Nifty Knitting. I definitely want the Old Mill back. They won't give us a restaurant because of Dine Out, but they could make it a tea shop. I want an actual tea set and items for afternoon tea and high tea.

Not sure what we're actually going to get. I guess we'll know soon. I'm trying not to feel pessimistic, but I just can't get excited and have been trying to mentally prepare for disappoint. Maybe expecting the worst is ok though. That way I have a chance of being pleasantly surprised instead.

Sooooo I wonder if any of these items will be in Snowy Escape. Maybe the teppanyaki grill and the sani-toilet?

Hopefully the teppanyaki grill!! That would be awesome. Maybe they'll throw a little something mystical like the fountain of youth or the tree of prosperity (not that I want those).
