New future cube hints!

BabykittyjadeBabykittyjade Posts: 4,975 Member
Simgurugeorge just posted the future cube on twitter! I think new hints for the next pack is on there. I can't play right now but this is a thread to decode the new hints! 🤗🤗🤗

According to Twitter it says: the most popular destination to elope is not yet known

Your uncertainty, certainly shall become certain, under certain situations in no uncertain terms

Side by side. Sure. Spaced out. Yup. Stack em up? Hmm.

There may be more.
Anyone think we are getting a romance destination pack? The first hint is pretty straight foward.
Zombies, oh please oh please give us zombies!! :'(

    Omg what a good observation!

Someone said in other thread that 'destination to elope' may refer to a vegas pack, with casinos, romance and weddings.
I think it may also be about the sparkd challenge.

the most popular destination to elope does sound like vegas. would they make vegas a destination world though? also the other hint is most definitely about bunk beds.

Not high on my list, but if they added:

    1. Slot games
    2. Scratch ticket counter
    3. Ring/cake/dress/wedding planner venue
    4. Several cakes to buy there/make
    5. Many dresses/men's attire
    6. Wedding planner job
    7. Variety of wedding rings
    8. Garters-couple styles and colors
    9. Podium to get married at(for churches)
    10. More arches to marry at- angel columns arch
    11. Perhaps a cruise get away as alternative to the casino.
    12. Fiancee in CAS relationship choices
    13. Riders for toddlers that might be stuck there waiting for adults to finish
    14. Claw machines/arcade stand ups for kids for same reason
    15. Heart bed Catloverplayer wanted
    16. Engagement party to give gifts
    17. Possibly connected hotel to rent/stay/run

Sounds like a bunch, but nearly all except the slot machines, job, garter, rider, claw machine, and running a hotel is already in game.
We already have rings, dresses, cakes, arches, podium(uni), beds, ceremonies ECT.

Hotels in Sims4 could use bunkbeds. More romance interactions. Bring back flower bouquets from Sims3 for ceremony and for giving. Express Love interaction always available for all Sims all the time. <3 Buy/give candy boxes and cards.

@Babykittyjade the side by side hint has to be bunkbeds. The 1st one alludes to the wedding challenge so they must be enhancing the romance system. I also thought about Vegas - but they did that in Sims 3 with the casino

    Not sure about 2

I was going in with a bias towards a winter destination pack, so the "Side by side. Sure. Spaced out. Yup. Stack em up? Hmm." made me think of skis.

Sounds about right and they may be announcing the Gamepack in August. If it is a wedding destination I hope its another beach world with resorts.

I could see a Vegas casino pack. The Sims 3 casino was only available on the Store from what I remember, and it was just the casino building that came with a world. But Sims 1 and 2 (whoops guess I was wrong about Sims 2) had slot machines.
It could be a game pack, and it kind of is something they haven't done before....at least in its own pack.

Ever heard of the phrase, "fairy tale wedding?" Boom, Fairyland with magical creatures, like dragon ring bearers & flower girls.

I'm uncertain as to whether or not we'll get dragons.
Side by side. Sure. Spaced out. Yup. Stack em up? Hmm.
You can put dragons next to each other, or keep them apart. But you can't put them on top of each other because this game isn't rated M.

    Dragons confirmed.

Maybe the Winter Wonderland Location they've been hinting at.

I wonder if the elopement one isn’t in reference to the Spark’d challenge like @troshalom mentioned, but if it’s not this website analyzed 100,000 Instagram photos with the #elopement tag and the most popular destinations were 1) Bali, 2) New York City, 3) Paris, 4) Las Vegas, and 5) Yosemite National Park. There are way more on the list. Hopefully it’ll let me post the link: https://catherinelutherweddings.com/elopement-destinations/

Yeah. It could be a specific city like Las Vegas or what if it's something like creating a government system with a court house where Sims can go to elope or get divorces. When I think of eloping, it's at a court house.

It could be the next GP, a romance GP then I guess, (though I’d like the Winter/mountain world too).
But, it could also just be a reference to the Spark’d challenge that’s about to end, so the winner(s?) and so the best wedding place will be known soon.

It was already there last time.

Side by side. Sure. Spaced out. Yup. Stack em up? Hmm.
Could be bunk beds, I know many people want them. I also thought it might be a reference to the house shaped shelves we got with Nifty Kitting, you can place them separate or side by side. Same for the desk and hallway table. You can’t stack these up though. Hence the “hmm” ?

I'm really not interested in a Vegas pack and that type of gameplay, especially if it's (another) dessert world. HOWEVER I'll accept it if it's more inspired by Monte Carlo and have Mediterranean/French/Italian inspired aesthetic, AND atleast some other gameplay feature...

Also a quick search says Vegas is not in the top of popular places to elope

I would Iove Casino stuff, I wonder if it could be multiple destinations. A winter one and a couple of others. I hope there is wedding stuff too.

I don't know if they are hints to the next pack or just the challenge happening now. I'm inclined to think it's just about the current challenge because the next pack is supposed to have been never done before and romance (while we need it badly) and casinos/gambling (could also be fun) have been done before.

Now that the bunk bed theory has been pointed out, I'm feeling like that's what that means. (I hope!)

I must confess that if the next pack is announced as a romance or casino pack as the never before done packs... while I want them both, I'll be a little disappointed since they have both been done before and I've been expecting a never done before pack, since that's what they said. Or we just gonna pretend Hot Date, Master Suite Stuff and Lucky Palms didn't exist? :/

i wonder if it could be eluding to something close to a farming game pack ...we have had something close to that before though ..was it in the sims 3? i kinda recall a tractor and did we have a cow? we had chickens ...so that has been done before ...this is hard ..i was thinking hay bales could be side by side ..spaced out or stacked.

One hint sounds like bunk beds. The other sounds like Vegas. Ah, I miss gambling in The Sims. If they do add a Vegas type pack I’d love for them to bring back the gambling stuff from TS3.

Also I hope they fit cars and garages in somewhere. I don’t think we know yet what the final Game Pack will be for the summer so this is interesting.

A Vegas style town would be amazing! Although, it wouldn't really make sense without cars... well, it would. I just really want cars!! Just watch, they'll end up putting an entire gondela/waterway system in rather than cars because 'it fits the theme better'!!

Not gonna lie, but if we get bunkbeds before cars I'll be slightly annoyed. Cars were 'promised' before the game came out and bunkbeds seem like a fairly recent want (correct me if I'm wrong).

Bunkbeds do make sense as the devs seem to be releasing packs with a coherent theme lately (TL, EL, NK) and bunkbeds would fit with these latest packs. Plus they're probably easier to animate than cars...

I was thinking the side by side meant dices 🎲 but bunk bed makes more sense. Though for a romance vacations pack? Time will tell though
