How to edit object attributes/properties (making off the grid, increasing fun, etc)

Hi!

I've only recently begun to explore modding, and have a couple of things I'd like to try. Is it possible to make an object work off-grid (for instance, if I had a computer that looked like a typewriter)? Also, is it possible to edit in-game objects to increase or decrease their attributes (Fun, comfort, etc), or would I need to clone them? The largescreen tvs that came with Tiny Living have preposterously low Funs despite their size and expense.

I know it’s possible to make objects work off-the-grid because initially the wash tub that came in Laundry did not work properly off the grid and a modder came out with a fix for it.

I don’t see why you can’t mod an object to increase the fun or something.

If you can figure out how to create these mods, I’d appreciate a link to download them!

Yes and yes, but no need to clone anything. The motive changes are in the tuning last I saw.
