Non Played Sims and their babies?

While bored over the past few days I decided to into all my non played households and change them out of their awful outfits. I started to notice how many of them had new babies. When scoping out their family trees I saw that these babies were hardly ever being produced with their spouses. They were nearly all being spawned with other random married sims, even if in same sex relationships, they were having babies with other genders. To add to the weirdness, when I looked at their relationships, they don’t even know their baby daddy/mamas.

Is anyone else getting bouts of unfaithfulness with strangers in their game?
Btw I don’t have any mods on to make things spicier just mc command centre.

I'm pretty sure this is MC command centre. You might have to go through your settings again.

It is! I didn’t even know it was a thing with command centre. Now I’ve got all these rando babies. Thank you

I have MCCC set so that married sims won't have babies with anyone other than their spouse to avoid this kind of thing. You can also turn the whole feature off so that unplayed sims won't procreate but I like it - it's my main reason for having MCCC.
