CC from Origin/Sims 4?

Hello,

I haven't played the sims in years let along down loaded custom content. I know how to add mods and custom content for my game, but I am having trouble adding sims I downloaded from the gallery that have CC into the game. They all show up blank, no hair, no clothe etc. Can you please help? I found some awesome sims I want to play with from origin but because they have CC they are not showing up correctly in the game.

CC doesn't transfer through the Gallery. You have to track down items you see that you like.
