Well I've been thinking about a hobby pack.... let's call it.... get creative.
It features new venues and lots that focuses on different hobbies such as pottery classes, art classes, cooking classes, photography, designing clothes and much more and it brings back proper interests that in a way flesh out the sims personality and make them differ a bit from each other.
The pack expands the retail aspect of get together by adding new types of products made by your sims to sell and they can even hold classes if they master a skill connected to the interest of choice.
This class/interest system can also be used within the club system of Get together by having your club attend classes together and this in turn makes skill building faster because the club members fulfill their fun meter and motivates each other.

*Attend classes and build up your skills in your chosen interest
*Build venues and lots focusing on different hobbies
*Become the master and teach others
*Turn your hobbies/interests into simoleons
*explore a new venue centre
*find friends that share your interests and hobbies and turn it into a club
*explore a massive list of interests and new traits that truly matter to your sims personalities!
*Build new venues with a new expansive library of build/buy objects
Perhaps this isn't what many want but this could be a chance to get sims with better personalities so why not? This could be the sims 4 version of Freetime.

That looks like a nice game pack idea, I feel like there are a lot of skills but at the same time, there are not. I loved the game-showish idea but overall it kinda seems like a better get together.
Also there is a lot of nice traveling GP ideas too! I feel like most of them are inspired from the Sims 3. The thing is 1-2 months ago whe had a poll asking us what kind of world we would like to see. It's probably closed now but I hope you voted that.
I lately noticed how FEW gameplay we have for children(tweenish but whatever) and elders. Like Universty, depression and get to work are nice, they really are but there are no Elderly Homes (I forgot the name .p) or grwing up thingy. Not generations exactly, I feel like parenthood is enough but what about a new lifestage called "Tween". Because I don't think Sims 4 being like "Hey you are a kid play with toys- Bom! Now you are a teen anxiety and stuff." Is realistic enough. Like toddlers, we got them kinda late, we can get tweens right?
About the tween gameplay:
Go to middle school, get a clique. Be the nerd that later becomes sucsessful or the mean girl that gets the boys.
Experiment your body, you're growing up, get your curves and hair. Pimples and warts included.
Get social, You are not exactly an adult but it's the perfect time to get your first kiss and "real friends".
Oh also elders. They are real underrated. What about some relationships with their grandchildren or playing bingo? We really need something that has to do with them. Also if this thing gets a trailer I really hope it ends with the grandpa collecting his items and finding a picture of his family&friends then tearing up. Later he looks at their pictures and falls asleep to death. That would be so sweet and sad, which is exactly what being an elder means. You can either be greatful for your last years or insult the grim reaper. I need some grandma-grandpa elder making out animation too. That would be awesome.
My point is we need to get more gameplay(and bm) for elders and/or maybe tweens. Sims 4 is a great game and I hope it gets the lifestages and gameplays it deserves. After almost 6 years xd. Saying that really makes me sad.
Bands Game Pack (I'm unimaginative with the titles...maybe Get Rockin or something)
- New instruments - electric guitar, bass, drums, saxophone, harp?
- More songwriting
- Name albums and produce records
- Ability to create bands - mix up different instruments to create different genres and styles. Name your own band.
- Band merchandise for extra simoleans
- Touring (maybe big worldwide tours could be rabbitholes) but bands can play in community lots
- Venues as community lots
- Maybe a new world?
- CAS items to include clothing from 70s punk era, 80s goth or traditional metalhead, corpse paint
- More tattoos
- Additional outfit type in CAS for stage presence/performance
- Perfomance skill? Level up to unlock some sweet moves on stage
- Build/Buy - stages, lighting effects, props, smoke machines, amps, band posters, band merch (clutter items)
- Band fame meter/recognition
- NPCs like fans or band manager. Chance cards too, maybe?
-Generations EP (with free babies pre-patch, treehouses, active school activities (not classes, but like field trips, competitions and balls), proms, baby sitter active career, canes, strollers and etc.
-Country Living EP (with cows, chickens, pigs, horses, a world with big lots, events like harvest parties, nectar making (the one you use your feet on) and more crops like corn, watermelon and pumpkins.
-Winter Vacation EP (with hotels, resorts, various snow activites, bigfoot)
-Music GP (with bands, concerts, singing career, dance career, singing/dancing competitions, and new types of dance, like ballet, salsa and flamenco)
-Safari GP (with an african savanna themed destination, elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras and monkeys)
-Monte Carlo GP (with a vintage world like Roaring Heights, casinos like the one in Lucky Palms, jewelry making, burglars and police NPC pre-patched)
-Paranormal GP (with zodiac signs, ghost hunting career and grim reaper career, fortune teller and matchmaker NPC's

I’d love most of the packs everybody’s mentioned But also:
Reality star pack ...maybe a sims style X factor /Big brother /Topmodel / Drag race (1 is fine I’m not greedy)
Get Building .. maybe have a world where you can flip properties from run down to perfection And earn money like this and sell them to make your millions. Maybe add an estate agent career.
Get flying .... I work as a flight attendant so would love to see this career in the sims too ! Definitely could be an expansion pack with 3 holiday worlds .. 1 being a winter vacation world .. hotels... Etc
Farming, Winter Holidays with a robust hotel and B&B system, bands/music system, then I was also intrigued by the ghost hunting career from the last community vote, so a little something around that might be quite fun.
I would like an empty world. There are not enough lots. I don't want to remove any of the lots that I have already. Also, It would be great if doctors could set up private practice outside of the hospital. I would really like cars.
