Retiring game-generated Elders

i would appreciate an option to Retire game-generated non-playable Elders that are populating my Sim-Town . only 2 of the game-generated non-playable-Sims in my Sim-Town are not Elders ! i had hoped that when i Retired and Moved-Out my previous Sims that this situation would change , but it has not
