Missing SP in my launcher

Basically I have all EPs and SPs except Katy Pary, but for some reason Fast Lane will not show up in launcher all ofa sudden... I followed all EA steps, and chatted with an advisor and also did all steps but nothing has helped so far and I'm really frustrated... Did anyone also encountered this issue and can suggest a) what is the cause, and b) what did solve your problem eventually?
