Can't Login to Launcher

I've tried logging into the launcher a few different times now, and nothing seems to work. I've already tried clearing my internet explorer cache several times, deleting a file that causes a login loop, changing my password, and other fixes. It still doesn't work. I was looking forward to sharing memories in order to get the reward items, but I can't do that when I can't login to the launcher.

Any suggestions?

You said you cleared the IE caches. Did you also check the box to delete your personal settings that shows up when you reset IE? That one is crucial.
I also ran ccleaner when I had that problem. But it was changing the password that finally worked for me.
You could try creating a vanilla sims 3 folder and see if you can log in then. Then, if you can, try copying in your folders from the old sims 3 folder to the new one and try again.
