Console, The Sims 4, Outdoor Retreat, do wild unidentified plants that have been removed, regrow?

My SIMs kept removing unidentified wild plants on their own which then made it impossible to complete the Outdoor Aspiration. Moved family to library, started a new game, then random non-played Sims did it too! Does anyone know the object id for the wild herbalism plants? At the least, I would like to create a national park for my library that has them.
