Need help removing map replacer

Last year I installed the Tropical Getaway mod, so my Granite Falls was converted to a beach world. But with the release of Island Living, I no longer needed the mod. Before updating for the latest patch, I removed my mods folder and added it back after testing and updating mods. I completely removed the Tropical Getaway map replacer and name changer packages, but kept some of the island cc to use in my game. But when I launched my game, I noticed that Granite Falls was still labeled as Palm Falls. So I removed my mods folder and tested the game again, but the world is still called Palm Falls. I can't figure out how to restore the name of Granite Falls.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
