Missing packs

I own almost all the packs for TS3 and I really wanted to play TS3 again after watching LilSimsie's Generations lets play.
I tried to play but it seems like I'm missing 3 of the packs that I own(Into The Future, World Adventures and Movie Stuff Pack.
I tried to fix my game, I deleted my game, reinstalled it and that didn't help either. Any tips what to do?

If you're saying that the packs don't appear in Origin at all, that's unusual; the more common problem is that they're downloaded but don't appear in the launcher. I take it the packs were in your game library before? Sometimes people have more than one account, especially if they have original discs. It's often not an issue until they try to reinstall entirely through Origin, and then the usual solution is to ask EA support to merge their two accounts.

Whatever your situation is, you can go the usual troubleshooting route: Try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't help, uninstalling Origin "the hard way" and reinstalling.

If these steps don't help, you'll need to contact EA customer support to ask about your packs. Whether they're in Origin or not, a support rep should be able to tell you the status of your content.

@puzzlezaddict the packs don't appear in the launcher. Sorry if my post was misleading.
When I click the box that says "missing packs?" it takes me back to Origin and it shows that I own all those packs and that the packs are installed(so I can't click the box that says install).
Thank you for your tips. I have only one Origin account and all the packs that I've are digital. While I was trying to fix TS3 I uninstalled The Sims 3 and deleted everything that was related to it(except the saves, those I saved). It didn't help. I even deleted all the store content that I own.
    Nothing seems to help

Hi, i play TS3 and TS4 and i went to get on the TS3 today but when i went into my launcher and went to expansions and stuff it was empty and this is odd because i own sims 3 pets, generations, late night, supernatural, and high end loft stuff.

@RacheltheGoddess I take it you not only own the packs, you currently have them installed? Unlike with TS4, TS3 packs don't automatically install unless you have game auto updates enabled in Origin. To find out whether your packs are installed, click on the Sims 3 icon in your game library, then More > Expansion Packs (or Stuff Packs), and scroll through the list to find your owned packs. If the buttons say Download instead of Install, then download them and check the launcher again.

If that's not the issue, try clearing Origin's cache, and if that doesn't help, uninstall Origin "the hard way" and reinstall it. This won't delete any Sims 3 or Sims 4 content.

If these steps don't help, you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask what happened to your content. Packs can be deactivated, sometimes due to a bad code and sometimes because of a mistake on EA's end. But the only way to find out, and to fix any problem with your account, is through support.
