Hi guys! I'm looking for this hot-plate's download link. Seems Black Pearl Sims is gone.

Does anyone have the link to the download, or at the very least an alternative object?

Thanks!

Such a nice looking kitchen, but no stove? Something is wrong here. Sims (and people) are not meant to sustain themselves by cooking on a hotplate.

Disclaimer: Yes, I know that makes no sense. Forgive me, I just got my kitchen stove back in working order after 18 months of having to do without it. It wasn't really that bad since I don't have an entire family to feed, but let's just say the friendly relationship score between me, my landlord, the gas company, the city housing authority, and various workers dispatched supposedly to repair things did not rise very high in all that time even though I ultimately got a brand new stove out of the ordeal. :/

Wow! I don't know how you managed without a stove for 18 months. Did you bang on it with your hammer? I do like the hotplate.

Tried that. But as the gas lines to our entire apartment building and to each individual unit needed to be replaced before we got around to it being impossible for the older stove to stay in service, and switching to electric stoves was not possible due to current wiring limitations, it didn't seem to have much impact. :/

I am sorry you had to deal with that @igazor, and for so long! I had a similar situation decades ago, in a unit that had a separate wall oven and counter cooktop. The oven was broken for years and I made meals for my family of five using only the cooktop and a microwave. Certainly not as bad as having only a hot plate, but still frustrating. I was so grateful once I finally had a working oven again. I'm glad the problem is finally resolved for you, and I hope you enjoy using the new stove!

On topic, thanks for bringing the hot plate to my attention, @Gracefell, and for locating it, @GraceyManor. I love the idea for one of my cramped and seedy Bridgeport starter apartments!
