Stressful Situation in SimTown! Need advice.

My sim, Christopher came down with something. I sent him to the viralogist (came w/ Vector) and he was gonna be over it in 2 Days.

Then Nellie got it. And then baby Alex. And Christopher got whatever Nellie got again.

The stressful part: my sims needs are tremendously low. I send them to bed, they sleep, then have them eat soup, and by the time the day's over it's low again.
They won't even do what I tell them to half the time.
And I can't send them to the doctor, because they're stressed out, and won't do anything to raise fun level.

Any suggestions on how I can their moods up or heal faster? I wanted them to have a gift giving party, but didn't want to infect the guests!

Sometimes you just have to wait these things out. Some of the diseases will respond (slowly) to immunity boosters from the hospital if you can get them in there while their moods are just high enough for them to do the interactions. Others just require time and home care.

I can't recall right away which diseases are prone to relapses and reinfections within what would be the same strains. But I suspect there might be more Vector players to help answer at NRaas than here.

If all else fails, you also have the option to remove (cure) the disease by way of Vector's debug menu.
