Had to clean hard drive; now my worlds are gone

Please help
One of my drivers was irreparably damaged, and had to wipe the drive clean so I was not able to recover anything. I hadn't played for a while, and when I went into the main menu, I saw that I only have TWO WORLDS in the game- Riverview and Sunset Valley. All of the other factory worlds, plus my purchased worlds, have been erased. I went to my store account to try to install my content, but I saw that only Monte Vista and home decor items were saved on my account. And Riverview is a free purchase from the store. So out of the 2 worlds I was able to recover, I also had Isla Paradiso, Starlight Shores, Bridgeport, Sunlight Tides, Sunset Valley, Twinbrook, Moonlight Falls, and Appaloosa Plains which I was not. How can I recover all the worlds I've lost without having to purchase them again?

Also, I noticed while looking through the available worlds at the store that some of them are simply not available anymore, apparently. Please tell me I'm wrong!

I am updated to the latest patch, which is 1.69.43.

Never mind. I thought I made sure upon startup that all of the games were installed, but apparently I did not. I don't know how to delete this. No need to reply!
