My The Sims 4 Game Play Issues and Concerns - Starting Now Please Help

My Sim have a hard time completing the task "Take A Selfie with a Fan 3 Times" for the milestone. I followed all the instructions to complete it like going to a public location and get Sim ready to have an autonomous request by fan to take selfie 3 times. I tried clicking the fan and take a selfie with a fan but nothing happens and so I just give my Sim an autonomy and do anything he wants on his own without my command or queue of interactions and just allow the autonomy of fans to request a selfie with him but no one dares to do that so I made my Sim plan a social event of Meet and Greet held in a public location or in Starlight Boulevard in Studio BP thinking it might work but unfortunately nothing happens and I also rarely seen paparazzi taking pictures of him in his residence or even in any public locations despite his global superstar status because I want to know how do my Sim deal with paparazzi?

Can the freelance job just be an additional job for an extra income for my Sim who has an existing career or job?
