Question about starting over.

I just started playing Sims Freeplay again, and I kind of wanted to start over on a new leaf with new sims, and I'm wondering what all I will lose if i do that.

Will I lose items purchased with money and Social Points? Unlocked through quests (Items wise).

In the Options section, there is a button that says Restore Purchases. I don't think it will restore items and houses won from quests. You will have to complete those all over again.
