My sim cant be clicked on (sims 3)

so once my sim ages up into a teen, i cannot click on him while i have him selected, and when i have other sims in the household selected they can't click on him either, but he can click on other sims and items, just nothing shows up when he is clicked on. I removed everything from his inventory, but I dont know what to do, I have mods and custom content and store content installed, and i've already checked for corrupted custom content.

what should i do?

If you are using NRaas mods, the first thing I would suggest would be a MasterController reset of the teen sim. Then save (as), quit, clear the five top level cache files in your TS3 user game folder in Documents, and reload. If that doesn't help, you may need to revert to a prior save from before their age-up and try again.

If you have NRaas ErrorTrap, we would want to know if you are getting any error logs on this sim and what they say; those would have to be uploaded to us at NRaas for help in interpreting them.
