Trying to buy some stuff packs from the main screen and it won’t let me add to cart

I’m am trying to buy some stuff packs from the main screen, and when I press add to card it has a warning: whoops something went wrong, check back soon. I don’t know if I am doing something wrong or what. I have a new laptop and have been playing the last few days. and I am connected to the internet, Can anyone anyone help please? I’m not sure if it is my laptop or something with EA. I went to origin to see if I could order it there,
