Has anyone seen this in Magnolia Promenade?

But I really want to know if anyone else has seen it, or if there's something wrong with my computer. Can someone please go to Magnolia Promenade and check if you see the object?

I looked in mine and it is not there, in any case it is a bug for some.

Thank you for looking. Maybe it only shows up in certain seasons. So far I've seen it in spring and summer.

You welcome , I went back in over four times to see if I overlooked something and I am puzzled what is that thing a part of?
