How to Uninstall Certain Packs?

Hi, I play TS4 on my Macbook Air and over the years my remaining storage has decreased from buying packs and using my laptop for other things like school and downloading music. There are a lot of stuff packs and game packs I bought that I rarely use, and instead of just letting them take up storage on my laptop, I'd rather uninstall them and install other packs instead. I know there is a way to disable packs, but I'd like to actually uninstall them so I have more storage. Can anyone tell me how I go about doing this? Thanks.
