Not Allowing Me To Update

Hey guys, sorry but origin isn't allowing me to update TS4. The exact notification I'm getting is "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 196620:0"
I've repaired the game and still nothing... please help. Thanks in advance.
