Nursing and rabbithole Medical Careers

So I was thinking, I'd really like to have a Nursing Career in Sims 4. Sure the Doctor Careers kinda touches on it but I'd like as a rabbithole career for storytelling purposes. Maybe just a Medical Career where you start out as a candystripper or nursing assitant then chose between a Doctor, Nurse, Psychologist or Medical Technician Tracks. I'm only full of ideas with no knowledge of how to do myself...Help please or is it already in the works
