Dedric and Wisteria arrive at the resort in France. "It is beautiful. How did you find out about this place? Such lovely gardens. I can't wait to explore it with you." Dedric explained about searching the internet for the perfect place, and luckily they had recently had a cancellation for the honeymoon suite and he sent his sim card information and it was theirs.
"I'm just happy the resort looks just like the pictures. Sometimes it can be a disappointment."
Dedric registered at the lobby desk and they were shown up to the honeymoon suite.
They got a little frisky and checked out the comfort of the bed.
A cup of tea was enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the resort and the surrounding countryside. They discussed the places they wanted to visit while they drank their tea.
Dedric visited the book store to buy some local recipe books and fishing books as well. He has been asked to bring some crepes to the restaurant back in Dragon Valley and he wanted an authentic recipe from France to make them.
They both wanted to see the museum and they enjoyed wandering through it looking at the exhibits and chatting with the locals that showed up. They had dinner at the cafe and enjoyed the local specialty...frog legs. One of the men Dedric met at the museum flirted with the hostess at the cafe. She accepted flowers from him, but rebuffed him when he tried to kiss her.
Back at the resort, Dedric and Wisteria enjoy a gondola ride in the moonlight. (ugh, I see some of those dangling semi invisible build glitches in this photo and a few in the other pics I took. I deleted quite a few of them as I discovered them, but missed these until looking at the pictures today. Sigh!)
The next morning they enjoyed a light breakfast of danish rolls on the terrace near their room. Wisteria and Dedric enjoy a game of Gnubb as they explore the grounds and she soundly beats him. She happily accepts a kiss as her reward.
They both enjoy a sip of water from the Fountain of Youth gaining an extra day of life in their already longer lives as fairy's.
The garden beckons them and they enjoy the sunshine and read some of the recipe books while they sit on a pretty bench. A beautiful purple sunset heralds the night and they enjoy a snack and watch the stars before retiring for the evening.
Dedric loves to fish and Wisteria loves Dedric, so is learning to fish. She actually caught the first fish at this pond.
"That is not a fish. I know a frog when I see one!"
"I did buy the recipe for frog legs, so maybe we should keep it."
They visit a small ruin on an island. Luckily they are fairy's and can fly to it as the boats won't land on the island as the cliffs are too steep. Wisteria harvests some interesting fruits she finds on the island hidden in the brush. Dedric analyzes a few rock samples. He would rather take the samples home then the weight of the rocks themselves. He is learning how to clone at the science station.
They climb to the top of the ruins and enjoy the view. (ok, so they are not enjoying the view, doesn't mean that we can't.)
Back at the resort, they enjoy a lovely dinner at the bistro. They wander the grounds one last time and make a wish at the wishing well. They watch the stars overhead and whisper words of love to each other before catching the flight back home.
@Puddinroy Thanks so much for commenting! Gnubb is a game that came with sims ambition. They can play as a team of two against another team or one on one. They knock each others pins down and then who ever knocks over the 'king' in the middle wins the match. It is cute watching them play and they can mock each other or clap for each other.

There were so many pretty sunrises and sunsets while they were there. It was fun and romantic for them. It was nice that it was just the two of them for a bit. But, after managing 6 sims two gets a bit boring. lol

I just remember removing split level stair CC because they...suc'ked! And I forgot they came with the store venues...perhaps that's another reason why I deleted them? Curse my brain right now!
Dedric and Wisteria arrive home the next evening. Their friends were happy to see them back home. They looked very relaxed and happy. Alice baked some fresh cookies and they sat at the table to enjoy the snack and chat about the honeymoon, the resort and how they liked France. (When they first arrived back I panicked a bit as Wisteria was back wearing her non pregnant outfit! I quickly checked her status and she was preggers and it was still paused. By the time they sat at the table to eat the cookies she has been quietly poofed into her pregnancy dress by the mod. Phew! Gotta love Error trap, overwatch and the other Nraas mods that keep the game from totally blowing up!! and me from having a complete meltdown. )
Wisteria's bed and all the things she had packed finally arrived while they were on their honeymoon. She and Dedric will need to spend some time unpacking the crates, but Alice and Jennifer had Marshall and Adam unpack the bed and set it up for them.
Alice woke up with a horrible backache. Her belly has suddenly expanded to the point she cannot even walk straight. Her feet feel swollen. She is not sure as she cannot see them anymore! She digs around in her closet and found her stretchiest leggings to wear. The baby is kicking her ribs and sitting right on top of her bladder. Oh joy!
So, what does a girl do when she is feeling fat, pregnant and miserable? Cook her favorite breakfast...french toast!
Wisteria comes over to the main house to eat breakfast after she finishes with her gardening. Alice and Jennifer are waiting to see if she would like to go with them to the spa this afternoon. They made arrangements to leave for the spa mid afternoon.
In the meantime Alice works on her alchemy and witchcraft spells converting seeds into bugs and gems. Rafe and Autumn called checking up on how she and the others were doing with their pregnancies. She spent quite awhile talking with both Autumn and Rafe, and got a bit teary missing her family. She called her Mom and talked with her and her Dad. All her brothers and sisters got on the phone and chatted with her making her feel much better and less lonely for her family.
Wisteria takes the Kenspa she and Dedric bought in France. She needs to turn in the grape plants she collected while in France. (Should have been two but one disappeared on the way home ) She returns home just in time to meet the others for the trip to the spa. The spa is a beautiful building and has all manner of fun services for them to choose from. They all opt for the full massage since they all have aching backs from the pregnancies and facials just because it sounds awesome and fun.
Adam and Dedric start searching for a secret door or tunnel leading to the underground area. "This place is so old, there has to be some kind of dungeon or cellar."
Adam triggers something as he pushes and prods on the wall and a secret door is revealed.
He puts his back to opening the door as Dedric watches and grins. "Hey, you're the big bad strong wolf dude right?"
He finally gets it to open up.
Marshall has come to find them as he just got the brand new TV and gaming systems hooked up and is ready to play. "Wow, this is kinda cool. Don't need to play an adventure game if the house comes with fun secret doors and tunnels."
Ahead of them they can see part of the fireplace and possible an opening in the floor. It is so dark it is hard to tell even with wolf eyes.
The girls had dinner at the local cafe after they finish at the spa. They ran into Briana as they were leaving the spa and invite her to join them for dinner and she accepts. She was amazed at how much Alice's belly was growing. "Are their twins in there? You know it runs in the family."
Alice laughed! "I'm not sure about twins, but, they run in my family too. I have two sets of brother and sister twins back in Midnight Hollow."
They hug goodbye and the girls head home.
The girls arrive home and find the guys playing sports games on the entertainment system that was delivered during the afternoon. The guys could not find enough portable lights to explore the area so elected to wait until morning and a trip to town to get some portable lights. The girls sit and watch them play for a bit.
The guys are so intent on their game they don't realize exactly when the girls left the room. Adam looks around to make a comment to Alice and suddenly hits the pause button.
"When did the girls leave?"
"I don't know, did you see?"
"Oh man, I know we said hi and asked if they had a good time. But, that was about it."
"Yeah, it was a pretty intense part of the game when they got back!"
"You think they are mad at us?"
"No...I don't think they would be. They know just how long it has been since we've played any video games."
"True, true. But...you know they got that hormone thing going on with being pregnant and all."
They look at each other and immediately shut the game down and head off to find their wives and make sure they don't need to put the tents back up for the night.
Marshall finds Jennifer getting ready for bed. "Hey beautiful! Why'd you leave so soon?
She gives him her mysterious smile that he loves so much.
Adam finds Alice relaxing on the bed and cuddles up next to her. He whispers sweet words to her, kissing her softly and soon neither of them are thinking about video games, mysterious tunnels or backaches.
Dedric catches up with Wisteria before she even gets into the bedroom. She looks very happy that he abandoned his video game and his buddies to be with her.
"It is ok if you want to play the video games with your friends. I do understand as I enjoyed my time with Alice and Jennifer today very much."
"I'm glad you understand, and we will get caught up in the games sometimes, or our science experiments. I want you to know you are always first with me and the baby will be too. I love my friends, but you, you are my life, my love and you are always first. It is the same with Adam and Marshall towards their wives and will be towards their children."

I figured most of the woman reading would understand those comments. Those last few weeks were miserable. Generally Alice is a good natured lady (except for when she got ticked with Joseph...lol) but she is starting to give me looks like get me outta here especially when she is tired. She lays down to take naps and will rock in the rocker and just stare at me. (Sorry Alice got some stuff to do before that baby can be born...love Nraas pause pregnancy so I don't have to rush. LOL)
It really is a shame they didn't give us those pretty adornments used in the spa build to make our own spa. I thought about building something underneath it, but am having game issues suddenly and may need to make a new folder. This one is over two years old now and starting to show signs of wear and tear. I will spend my next game session going back in and saving all the special builds to the library and making sure all my families are saved as well. I will put all the families in porter files to port to 'new' hometowns when the time comes to do that which might be soon.

I'm completely leaving it up to the game to decide about gender and how many. I put all my nraas tweaks back to default and gender is always set at random rather than one of each, and they never unpacked the radios and just got the tv so have not been listening to children's shows or music.
I love that pattern for them as it has both their favorite colors in it and have kept it for them since university when they started sharing a room.
@bekkasan : I would recommend to use Porter after having the babies if possible! In my experience sometimes the pregnancies vanished when using it, sometimes twins become just one baby after portering the pregnant mums!
@AlexaKry That is good to know. I've not portered a pregnant sim that I'm aware of. I'm really babying the save right now so hopefully I won't have to do anything drastic. I'm trying to get hubby's desktop set up and move everything over to it. But, since I disconnected it for the hurricane it doesn't want to play nice and work. Keeps telling me the signal is poor. Its plugged in! The connections are tight. It will only plug in one place so I can't get that wrong! I just got cranky this weekend and quit messing with it.

I´ve portered a few pregnant Sims and some had lost the babies and the ones expecting twins sometimes had just one baby! And sometimes the fathers were changed or the babies didn´t have any father´s anymore! So I would wait untill every baby is born!
(Although you can always use Master Controller to get new babies and repair the family tree, but I think that´s not the same!)
@AlexaKry oh, oops, sorry...the hurricane was a few weeks back. I just hadn't had time or tried to work with the desktop since then. Maybe I should not have let it sit unplugged for several weeks.
I'd go ahead and unpause those gals pregnancies and let them have those babies if I have to porter them. So far the game has behaved this evening. I did a town reset yesterday and that seems to have helped.

I figured most of the woman reading would understand those comments. Those last few weeks were miserable. Generally Alice is a good natured lady (except for when she got ticked with Joseph...lol) but she is starting to give me looks like get me outta here especially when she is tired. She lays down to take naps and will rock in the rocker and just stare at me. (Sorry Alice got some stuff to do before that baby can be born...love Nraas pause pregnancy so I don't have to rush. LOL)
It really is a shame they didn't give us those pretty adornments used in the spa build to make our own spa. I thought about building something underneath it, but am having game issues suddenly and may need to make a new folder. This one is over two years old now and starting to show signs of wear and tear. I will spend my next game session going back in and saving all the special builds to the library and making sure all my families are saved as well. I will put all the families in porter files to port to 'new' hometowns when the time comes to do that which might be soon.

I'm completely leaving it up to the game to decide about gender and how many. I put all my nraas tweaks back to default and gender is always set at random rather than one of each, and they never unpacked the radios and just got the tv so have not been listening to children's shows or music.
I love that pattern for them as it has both their favorite colors in it and have kept it for them since university when they started sharing a room.

I´ve portered a few pregnant Sims and some had lost the babies and the ones expecting twins sometimes had just one baby! And sometimes the fathers were changed or the babies didn´t have any father´s anymore! So I would wait untill every baby is born!
(Although you can always use Master Controller to get new babies and repair the family tree, but I think that´s not the same!)

I'd go ahead and unpause those gals pregnancies and let them have those babies if I have to porter them. So far the game has behaved this evening. I did a town reset yesterday and that seems to have helped.
