I am sorry that there was a fire at the apartment ! That wasn't good! It would have given you a shock when it occurred! I hope that Matt will enjoy using his new stove.
The furnishing and of the layout of the apartment looks very nice! The brick wall texture gives a nice feel to the apartment. Very nice furnishing of the kitchen! The items look very nice how they are placed on top of the wall cabinets near the microwave table. Nice corner nook for sims to enjoy sitting at the table eating a meal. The coffee cup picture is a nice touch on the corner wall. The bar stool and stove counter looks great! The wall utensils, menu board, spice set and hanging pans are nice kitchen touches. Very nice sofa seats sitting area for sims to enjoy relaxing there watching tv or playing console games. The placement of the counters on the tv wall, row of books and the flowers on the wall , and the wall pictures look very nice! Very nice wood bathroom wall texture and the birds pictures are a nice touch. The painting on the wall in the bedroom looks nice and scenic. Sims would have nice views from the bedroom windows. Nice office nook for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer.
Sims don't seem to like the fruitcake that the welcome wagon brings!

I like your modern style and your use of lots of large clear windows and doors. I tend to struggle more with modern builds and prefer doing Victorian and traditional styles. The modern builds take me twice as long to finish. Cool builds!

Oooh, wonderful apartment! I love that the interiors are both modern, yet at the same time very cozy, warm and inviting, fantastic use of decorations and the artwork to create that! And Matt is a clear perfect match for this apartment! Let's just hope he doesn't start any more fires.

@ShaylaJae tnanks for stopping by and comment I think I'm the opposite of you, modern instead of victorian. But you know what, I think is because I haven't try a Victorian type of house *writing on to do list* . I'll try a Victorian style next time

Hey! At last I have a chance to play around with Sims 4, you know, build and stuff
But before uploading my latest build, I wanted to share some good news from our now officer Matt. After the fire incident he was feeling gloomy so, I invited him to Arts Quarter. The place was quiet at first. Apparently, there was an art exhibition from none other than Matt's favorite artist but we arrived too late; it was already over. However, before our cute officer became frustrated for not knowing about the exhibition, he noticed a familiar face not far from where he was standing. Matt forgot about everything that happened earlier and decided to approached the artist.
Meet Trever Steele. Looks familiar, right? He's my handsome and shy assistant... lol

Matt was so exited talking about art that he barely gave Trever a chance to replied. Once the artist got the opportunity to talk, he told Matt that he was hungry and began approaching the food stand nearby. The young officer followed. After he finished whatever he was eating, sorry I was distracted, Trever looked at his phone and noticed how late it was already. He was exhausted, but at the same time glad that the exhibition ended late, because it gave him the opportunity to meet this fascinating person. Trever noticed that the very enthusiastic and cute Matt suddenly got quiet and thoughtful.

He asked Matt if something was wrong. Matt saw that Trever was worried about him and replied quickly if he could take a picture of them... together. Our cute officer was surprised to see the beautiful smile on the artist face; He's heart skipped a beat.

Matt was really excited after meeting Trever. Even though the incident with the fire and the neighbors, our young officer was glad that he accepted my invitation to Arts Quarter.

205 Garden Loft

The exterior design of 205 Garden Loft looks very nice! Very nice slanted roofing! The flowers look pretty on the upper balcony and in the front flower bed. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home! The loft master bedroom looks very nice! The pink and white colour scheme of the room looks pretty. Sims will have very nice views of the outdoors through the bedroom windows. The clothes shelves look great on the wall, and the shoes racks look great there. The candles and flowers are nice touches on the bedhead wall. Nice study desk area for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer. They will like sitting at the vanity table doing their makeup. The living room is very nice! The blue circles floor prints give a nice look to the room area. The Parisian wall pictures add a very special look to the room! Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching tv and chatting. The heart teddy is cute! The flowers in the corner nook looks pretty! Nice armchairs and table corner nook. The wall pattern and the floor tiling in the kitchen gives a very nice look to the room! Very nice blue and white colour scheme of the room! It looks nice how the fruit pictures are placed on the wall. The kitchen wall picture looks great! Very nice outdoors gardening nook! The skylight glass roofing looks nice. Sims will enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes and planters. The flowers ladder and flower wheelbarrow looks pretty there. The garden tools look great on the wall.
It is a very nice home!

The victorian exterior design of 2122 Victorian Blvd is very nice! The tower is very nice! Very nice green colour scheme of the exterior and the interior living areas. The front porch is very nice for sims to enjoy sitting on the seating there in the outdoors air. The flower cart and the flowers on the edge of the porch look very nice there . Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The wall pictures that you have made are nice special touches in the build. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks great how the wall cabinets and the counters are placed there and white colour of them goes well with the green wall colour. Very nice dining room! The type of dining seats used look very nice and the gold edged curtains look pretty! The fruit bowl and duck are nice touches on the side wall table and the flowers on the dining table are nice for sims to look at whilst dining. Very nice silvery Christmas tree windows alcove in the living room! The home theatre in the basement looks great! The movie posters and the bowling themed cabinets on the side wall add a great look to the room! Kids will enjoy sitting on the cute animal themed armchair watching movies! Sims will like making popcorn there to eat whilst watching movies! Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms! The colour schemes are very nice. The animal pictures on the girls bedroom wall are cute! It is great that there is a toddlers play area in the backyard.
It is a very nice home !

Oooh, and wonderful new builds! 205 Garden Loft looks wonderful! Love the garden shed/greenhouse at the back of the house and the gorgeous bedroom loft upstairs!

Your Victorian looks fantastic too, I especially love the colours you used for the outside and super cozy yet modern interiors. Also, loving the custom pictures!

Bedlington Paw is a very nice home! The exterior design of the home with the shape of the build, the upper patio sitting area and the large glass windows looks very nice! It is looks very nice how you have used items from the cats and dogs and laundry packs in the rooms. The cats poster and calendar on the computer study desk nook wall looks great! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The shoes and clothes rack near the front door are homely.The living room is such a very nice light filled sunny area for sims to enjoy the sunshine coming in through the large glass windows whilst sitting resting on the sofa watching tv or reading a book! It looks very nice! The wall patterning in the kitchen looks very nice. Very nice furnishing of the kitchen. The type and placement of the cabinets and counters looks very nice. It is great that there is a laundry room inside the home, as well as an outdoors trellis roof clothes line nook.

Base Game and Seasons looks a very nice light filled home! The glass windows walls look great! Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the windows, and enjoy looking out at the outdoors seasonal weather when indoors. Very nice exterior design of the home! The furnishing of the interior looks very nice! Very nice kitchen nook! The bar stool counter nook is great to eat meals whilst sitting on the stools, and the grey patterned wallpaper there and in the dining /living room area is very nice. The umbrella stand is a homely touch. The floral wreaths on the walls add a nice look to the areas through the home. Very nice open plan layout of the living and dining area! The fireplace will keep Sims warm there. The musician and the Autumn scene themed pictures on the walls add a very nice look to the living and dining area. It looks very nice the type of and how the blue sofas have been placed there.Sims will enjoy watching tv there. Very nice reading nook on the upper level. Sims would have great views there. The design of the master bedroom is very nice. It is great that there is a computer desk nook in the room. The clothes and shoes rack nook is great!

Little Cute Apartment is lovely! Very nice layout, design and furnishing of each area! The red, black and white colours are very nice. The patterned flooring is pretty! Very nice study desk nook to enjoy the computer at the desk or reading books from the bookcase. The wall pattern is stylish and nice! It is great there is a laundry nook. The Murphy bed is great in the apartment for sleeping, and sitting on the sofa,watching tv. The curved sofa corner is very nice!
It is a very nice apartment!
