YES, excellent suggestion! I would absolutely love a working juice blender that requires harvestable fruits and veggies - I'd use it all the time. It shouldn't be hard considering it was in TS2 already and the associated gameplay would be similar to making tea. It could slightly increase the Cooking skill while your Sim is making their juice/smoothie and then Wellness while they're consuming it. (I wouldn't want it to mess with their emotions beyond a Happy +1.) Also make it small enough to fit in a modest kitchen.
