World without cars/modern living!

I like playing TS4 in general because it´s simple and has lot of great tools for easy gaming. But as Storyteller/reader and character maker I really miss more variety in a themes to play with. I am one of those players who loves to try and play all kind of challenges and legacies. At the moment I feel like I´m so limited with themes to play with.
My suggestion for the team is to make a EP, Gaming pack or a World for us where we can play more "rough" and historical themes. This world does not need to be a whole EP. It could also be extra world like Newcrest.
This world should be rough, without cars and have atmosphere of not being so modern. This would make it possible to people all kind of settings starting games and challenges like:
-apocalypse
-historical themes
-bum life
-trailer parks
-fantasy characters (for example if u like green sims)
Anyone else missing this type of empty World?
This also leads me into other ideas like Expansion Pack with a world of apocalypse etc....
