Well, not officially. When I was in 6th or 7th grade we had to do this job shadow thing for school. The only person in my family that had a job without an 18+ age requirement was my aunt. She was a waitress at a local diner. So I shadowed her for the day. She made me help, not just observe.

Yas. In Australia, it's required for everyone to know basic swimming by the age of 6 or 7, so I've had to do lots of swimming laps as part of the curriculum.

Bot sure what differentiates regular panic attacks from crazy ones, but I experienced a panic attack years ago after a traumatic event. Didn't know what it was but found out that the racing pulse and sense of sudden fear for no apparent reasob, was a panic attack. Haven't had one since.
